Would be beneficial for registering visitors and scanning their license in an all in one app. As of now you have to register the visitor on either the web browser/app, then open the OnScan app to scan the ID. Having it built into the OnScan app to register and scan ID will increase efficiency, especially when registering truck drivers with a tablet.

  2. Our business, and many others, operate 24 hours a day with Contractors who are signed in at various hours.

    It would be great if the automated sign out function could exclude individual contractor names (or all names under that Contractor business) from being signed out at the defined time.

    For example, cleaners often work at night, which is when the automated sign out process runs. If we turn off the automation to accommodate this, if a contractor forgets to sign out, they will be forever in the system and this could become problematic over time - especially if there is…

    Thanks for your suggestion. Adding exclusions for contractor members and organizations to the automation and occupancy settings would make the platform more flexible. We will investigate and add it to our roadmap.

  3. Onpass customization
    We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.

    Thank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

  4. We have multiple groups in our business and each of the groups have multiple locations. Currently you are not able to select all (or multiple) locations in a group when running a people presence report. If this function could be added it would be easier than running multiple reports.

  5. Can you make is possible to batchprint pre-registered visitors badge passes? Add it like a feature to activate so its not on as default. We have a customer that print up to 100 passes at the time and they dont like to manually click out every pass.

    Hi Andreas,

    I am pleased to tell you that this feature is in development and will be released very soon. Employees with the Sign in/out manager and/or Reports Manager user roles will have access to a new area called 'On-Site Insights' where they can look up who is currently signed in at their locations. Stay tuned for future updates.

  9. Sign in/out method notification. To be able to alert the host what method the visitor used to sign in/out. As we have a high volume of visitors for security reasons to know who has to be signed out manually.

    Hi Ayesha,

    Thanks for your input. We will open this up to the community for votes. In the meantime, I would like to share a suggestion. If you enable the 'Zone Selection' basic question for visitors and tick 'host notification' then the visitor arrival notification should include the name of the access point the visitor signed in through. If your kiosks each use a different access point you will know exactly which one they used. Hope that helps.

  10. Have an expiry period on a certification itself, much like inductions. E.g. First Aid cert entered in the Cert manager is given an validity period of 1yr. So any first aid certs uploaded for people automatically alert based on ValidFrom date entered. I know there's the ValidTo date on each uploaded cert, but this is pretty error prone and it would be a good reference for people to know that the cert is only valid in our eyes for 1year before they need to renew.

  12. We already have an integration fro Alcolizer, I have asked multiple times over the past 6 years to allow randomisation to apply. Currently we can only breath test every person, customers are asking for and some of our competitors already have the ability to randomize who needs to complete a breath test. The ability for the customer to set some rules like every contractor must do 3 breath tests a year or 45% of contractors and 20% of employees must complete a breath test in a 12 month period.

I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

  14. If a staff member uses the SOS on their mobile their message should go to their team leader but at the moment I can only choose generic people to respond regardless of who presses SOS. I would like to be able to choose who gets it- as well as require at least 1 or 2 people who always get it.

  15. I want to send instant messages as a text message if needed to all employees. If something is an emergency staff will see it more readily if it comes through as a text message rather than an app notification. I want to choose if it goes as an SMS to all (e.g. an emergency notice) or app notification (non urgent message)

  16. Question asked are inconsistent in their formatting across browser and mobile app. For example, question for expected duration on site from kiosk/QR code is asking for duration in minutes whereas in the mobile application is asking 24h time.

  18. When setting up a new kiosk, the types of kiosks that are available are PCs with mouse, touch screen PC, iPad and QR Code. Need to be able to set up kiosks on Samsung tablets also.
    All functions need to be fully supported on both Apple and Android.

    Thank you Karina, we do not support Android OS however we do support Windows devices and iPad. We recently released QR Code posters whereby the person signing in uses their own browser on their own mobile device. At this stage we have no plans to add Android support but we will leave this open for votes to garner additional community feedback.

  19. Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

    Hi Martyna,

    What device are you using for your kiosk?

    Showing sign-in questions all in one screen is available as a setting for PC kiosks. Due to the size of the screen and need for touch controls it is not currently supported on iPad kiosks. I will leave this open for votes as we gather requirements for future kiosk improvements.

  20. Create a QR Code Poster for an Induction Kiosk - when a contractor attends site & their induction needs to be completed they can scan the QR Code poster & complete their induction without the need of the induction being manually sent via email or sms
