Margin for error when having to enter details on the 2nd page of an invoice, as you can't copy and paste which leaves a margin of error if having to enter for a example a BPAY reference number contained on the 2nd page to the Invoice details.11 votes -
PT really needs to have a feature that flags a Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid. Even if there is a report
Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

Cancelled creditor payments - statements still sent to creditor
Creditors are sent the statement when the invoice is paid, not when the ABA file is created. If you cancel a creditor payment before creating the ABA file, the creditor is not notified the payment has been cancelled. Is it possible to send the creditor an automated 'cancelled' statement if a payment is cancelled.

Could we have a pop up box for Commercial tenancies which informs us if the tenant is registered for GST or not.

Critical Date Changes recorded
A log is required for critical date changes. This includes lease, management and rent review dates. Extremely important especially if there is a PM with a beef and is leaving who loses the care factor. It makes people more accountable.

Integration with Airtable system
I understand that companies with large portfolios and who use an offshore team use Airtable to assist with with managing workflows so it would be fantastic to have some integration to minimize the manual data and workflow entries.

Bulk Tag Update
Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

Owners on hold to withhold payment to creditors
When an owner is put on hold then there should be an option to either withhold everything (including paying creditor invoices) or withhold only payment to the owner but pay the creditors.

Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

Ability to change when to withhold funds for invoices
Currently owner funds are withheld for payments due in the next 30 days, we'd like the ability to change this to make it shorter based on our business requirements for instance only withhold funds for payments due in the next 15 days.

Mail Merge Attachments (where they are)
Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.
Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

See easily if maintenance/work order has been sent
When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

Add a Business Role filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio
Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.
Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards
This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.
As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.
