  1. Need another section in the 'TYPE" dropdown field to say Both. We have some properties that have both Hardwired and Battery Smoke Alarms. At this point you can only pick on or the other. We have to use 'unknown' which is not correct and then makes our staff have to search for the last service report to check what is at the property.

  2. It would be very useful to be able to see each page in preview form of the documents uploaded into the property/owner/tenant card so we do not have to download each document to view it.

  3. When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

  5. It will be great if we can add fee for property receipt by percentage.

    We receive a lot of rental contributions from the property developer, these contributions are rent, and we need to charge fee the same way as receiving rent from tenant.

  8. This will be a a significant time saver and reduction of ‘10’+ extra clicks along with the sync time delay.

    Currently having to complete in both inspection provider and PT.

    The ability if the Inspection API and PT speak would mean, ‘Finalised’ in inspection provider updates the inspection status in PT to ‘closed’ - saving PM's and teams non required clicks/time.

  9. Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

  12. Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

  13. Would love the ability to filter mail merge by lease dates and rent review dates so the system can pick up expired leases and we can communicate directly with those owners. The same for leases coming up for renewal without having to set up the automated system. Also, is there a way of omitting owners that don't want a renewal and would not appreciate a reminder?

Have an audit report for checking documents uploaded and saved in Property Tree to help confirm that online documents have been saved in the documents management section; I have been told I have to go to each property to check if the documents have been saved; a report will be more time efficient.

  16. We have a fair few homes that have a standard water meter reading and also a recycled water meter reading that is charged as water consumption. It would be great to have a space to put dual water readings in the water usage section.

  17. When you entered a receipt into Rest, you could see where the tenants would now be paid to and also what remaining arrears there were left to pay. In PropertyTree you can't see this unless you open the receipt again after it's confirmed.

  19. Have a section to search only open work orders and quotes.
    When currently putting in dates, it caps off at 2000 because it shows all completed jobs.
    Maintenance Request Summary does show all jobs, but not the creditor.

  20. Remove "yearly" from rent calculator. Not accurate. PT support suggested flexible dates for annual rent calculation as the yearly figure is not accurate.
