  1. It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one…

  3. To be able to run a strata plan report to show the linked properties.

    At the moment you have to look at each individual strata plan to find the properties.

    REST had such great reporting and it is the biggest let down of Property Tree.

  4. Adding lease expiring alert/notification functionality. Currently Property Tree functionally allows for emailing tenants and owners this notification, but there is nothing to alert a PM that the lease ending, which would really help a PM manage their own portfolio.

    This would take away for the manual need to add reminders to separate platforms such an email calendar, which isn't efficient and creates extra work for a PM. It would also eliminate human error.

    A simple alert when at a time of the PM's choosing (ie. 3 months prior, 6 weeks, 1 month etc - I also think this function should…

In Creditor Profile there is the Strata Details section which is where should be able to make the strata plan GST registered or not, the next section is Company where the strata management company details are and in that there is a way to exempt GST but as each strata management manages multiple strata plans some plans may be GST registered and some not

  8. When purchasing a rent roll and importing an excisting tenancy we need at least the last rent increase to come across in the rent schedule but the entire rent schedule would be more accurate and helpful

  9. Please have the outgoings reconciliation due date as a field for commercial tenants.

    That way I can easily track what outgoings reconciliations need to be done - like rent review dates.

  11. Show software version number at base of each printed report - this is required for each audit report in Queensland and would save time for both agents and auditors.

  12. When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.

    Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due

  14. When using the tenant download, can funds be receipted automatically when the amount paid matches the arrears amount? At the moment, it rejects because it may not match the normal monthly rent as it's a part payment, and we have to receipt it manually

  15. In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
    But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.

    Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

  17. When checking due dates for Building/Pest Inspection, Finance approval etc, you have to go into the edit pencil beside BUYER: Deposit paid, Settlement date. We should be able to see important condition dates on the same page.

  19. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  20. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.
