  1. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.

  2. When converting a prospect to a tenant you enter all the lease information however the bond field doesn't come up at that stage. Once the tenant is created you have to go to bond section and enter it then. Many times it is overlooked, so would be best to do it at the conversion stage.

  3. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  4. Bricks & Agents (Maintenance Plus) is a third party product that integrates into PT/MRI. We as PT/MRI Clients should be able to deactivate regardless of whether jobs are open or not in the maintenance tab section.

    By PT/MRI not allowing this option it allows the third party application to hold us ransom to their product which we are no longer wishing to use.

    Either -:

    1. PT imports the job information in full form third party and allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure

    2. PT allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure so that we can start using the property tree maintenance product…

  7. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  8. It would be helpful if 3 months before a tenant's insurance policy is due to expire and email and sms could go out automatically to the tenant for the reminder.

  9. When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

  10. When paying selected creditors (and not all) apparently it will pay ALL outstanding creditors irrespective of due dates. Which means entered instalments for Council rates will not work. This needs fixing as we are a large agency and need to pay statutory rates and taxes weekly - not all creditors - just statutory rates and taxes.

  12. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.

  13. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  15. Currently when an ownership profile and bank details are set up, Property Tree does not allow for unusual percentage distributions to owners when there are multiple owners.

    For example, if there are 3 owners with equal ownership of the property and each has different bank account details.

    Currently Property Tree accommodates 2 decimal places.
    - Owner 1 - 33.33%
    - Owner 2 - 33.33%
    - Owner 3 - 33.34%
    Total 100%

    The problem with this is that certain Trust set ups do not allow for this inaccurate percentage distribution.

  16. In the tenant section the "Total Arrears" should only show the rent arrears & not invoices too, I suggest creating a section below that showing the total invoices owing.

  17. It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

  18. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  20. Communications associated with a maintenance job, should be viewable within the maintenance job. Currently, to view any communications linked to a work order, you need to look through the contractor file, rather than the actual maintenance job. This is very time consuming.
