    06831312: When viewing an induction on Android devices, the content does not allow vertical scrolling, users can only scroll side to side. This occurs across browsers as long as its Android and prevents users from reading or completing longer induction content.

    The same inductions work correctly on iOS devices, where full vertical scrolling is supported.

    Suggested Enhancement:
    Optimize the induction viewing interface to support vertical scrolling on Android browsers, ensuring consistent behavior across all mobile platforms.

  5. It would be great to be able to archive inductions, that are no longer active, instead of all inductions always showing. We need to be able to keep old inductions, as evidence, so archiving would be fantastic. Thanks

  6. Currently when a contractor or employee scans the QR code so they can complete their induction, it brings up a list of all inductions, it would be good if this could only bring the associated inductions that are required, as not everyone will know what induction to complete. Thanks

  7. When creating a QR code for employees and contractor so they can complete their inductions, be good to be able to have a Title (Orgnsation Name) and include the logo. Currently you can only have one or the other and not both. Thanks

  8. The Induction Kiosk poster with a QR code to complete the induction is great. However, at the moment new contractors who have a pending status cannot log in using the poster. It would be great if contractors with a pending status could sign in using the induction poster, complete the induction and then have the status update to active.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

    Current Behavior:
    Acknowledgment notices can currently be configured with two frequency options:

    Each time the person signs in/out during the Published Period

    Once only during the Published Period

    This means users either:

    Must acknowledge the notice every time they move between zones (time-consuming), or

    Only acknowledge it once, even if the notice remains published for several days.

    Customer Feedback:
    Users with multiple zones connected to one location find it repetitive to acknowledge the same notice multiple times a day. However, setting it to “Once only during the Published Period” does not meet their compliance…

  10. Add a pause time feature in the course builder.
    Currently only in the Custom Questionnaire section can you set duration for each question / viewing of information to ensure the reader takes the time to read the content instead of pressing next to skip forward.

    In each section you build out in the course builder you should be able to set time limits to ensure the learner doesnt just press next to fast forward to compulsory questions.

  12. We have visitors that reply to either the OnPass or the pre-registration questionnaire, however both go to msg@whosonlocation which appears to either go nowhere or is unmanaged. It would be ideal to have the reply come to a specific email address within the company instead.

    On the actual OnPass, there is no statement that says NOT to reply - such a statement IS shown as being on the OnPass in your Help section. There is a "do not reply" statement on the questionnaire.

  13. Suggestion from customer account:

    It would be beneficial to view the cumulative number of visitors on a given day across all sites within the People Presence report. The infographic shows a good view of the cumulative number of visitors at a single site on a given day, however, the report view only gives a very detailed look. It is a highly manual process in Excel to show the cumulative number of visitors on a given day/month across multiple locations.

  14. "match.expectedsignin" is not currently available in our placeholder list. This will be useful to create a trigger when a new pre-registration is done,
    The trigger sent a mail notification to admin staff so they are well aware, and they can arrange a for necessary arrangement for incoming visitors in advance

  15. Create a new trigger rule that can detect if a contractor organization has no contract on file.

    Current triggers only work if an organization has a contract - we need to deny access if there is no contract or if all contracts are expired/not valid/not active/etc.

    It might also make sense to add contract "types", so that be used by a trigger as well. For example, if no "Contract Type A" exists or is expired, deny entry and send an email.

  16. API insurance update required - Policy Type and Polcies Registered

    Hi Team

    As we have more customers doing more integrations, we require more access to data through the API

    OnLocation API does not support reading the Contractor Insurance settings, which is a significant issue.

    Can we please ask for the inclusion of the following through the API
    Insurance Policy Types, including audience and Insurance Policies Registered

It would be great if when people try to sign in as an employee or a contractor that if the name entered doesn't exactly match anyone in the system that is shows similar names as selectable suggestions. I find for example people like "Michael Black" might be entered in the system as "Mike Black" and then they are not able to sign in even though they are set up.

Would be beneficial for registering visitors and scanning their license in an all in one app. As of now you have to register the visitor on either the web browser/app, then open the OnScan app to scan the ID. Having it built into the OnScan app to register and scan ID will increase efficiency, especially when registering truck drivers with a tablet.

  20. Our business, and many others, operate 24 hours a day with Contractors who are signed in at various hours.

    It would be great if the automated sign out function could exclude individual contractor names (or all names under that Contractor business) from being signed out at the defined time.

    For example, cleaners often work at night, which is when the automated sign out process runs. If we turn off the automation to accommodate this, if a contractor forgets to sign out, they will be forever in the system and this could become problematic over time - especially if there is…

    Thanks for your suggestion. Adding exclusions for contractor members and organizations to the automation and occupancy settings would make the platform more flexible. We will investigate and add it to our roadmap.
