Option to turn off Global Roamers to receive Panic Alarm message
Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

Expected arrival function for offsite employees at appointments
I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

Instant messages have SMS delivery option even if using mobile app
I want to send instant messages as a text message if needed to all employees. If something is an emergency staff will see it more readily if it comes through as a text message rather than an app notification. I want to choose if it goes as an SMS to all (e.g. an emergency notice) or app notification (non urgent message)

Onpass customization
We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.1 voteThank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

Consistent formats in questionaires across all OnLocation Platforms
Question asked are inconsistent in their formatting across browser and mobile app. For example, question for expected duration on site from kiosk/QR code is asking for duration in minutes whereas in the mobile application is asking 24h time.

Contractor self-registration
It would be useful if new contractors could self-register on the kiosk when they arrive at our location for the first time. This will speed up the onboarding process and cut down on admin.

Could you confirm if your employees are signing in using OnLocation Mobile to select their workspaces?
Kiosks can be linked to specific zones, which would limit the workspaces available when signing in.

NEW PLACEHOLDER FOR TRIGGERS (EVENT_DATE)
The main problem is that there is NO placeholder for DATE e.g. meaning the Data of visit / when the visitor is coming.
Summary:
Customer would like to have email when pre-registration is done
Email should include, name, organization, email address, phone number and TIME and DATE of the EVENT/VISIT.Please add a new placeholder to be used:

Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

Show all questions in one screen on kiosk
Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

What device are you using for your kiosk?
Showing sign-in questions all in one screen is available as a setting for PC kiosks. Due to the size of the screen and need for touch controls it is not currently supported on iPad kiosks. I will leave this open for votes as we gather requirements for future kiosk improvements.

Set date to move an employee from one location to another or remove them
We have staff who act in roles at different locations who have an "end" date. It would be useful to be able to enter a date when the employee needs to move to a new location or return to their substantive location.

In the meantime, as a workaround you can setup these employees as Contractors and use temporary location access in the organisation page on their profile.

Pre-invitation emails language
It would be nice to send pre-invitation emails in a different language without changing the default language setting.
Make a dropdown menu to choose the language you wish to send the pre-invitation email.

Automated Exports
I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.
I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.
This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

Token assignment from Contractor Manager
Add an option to assign contractor tokens from the contractor manager view. i.e. add a button in "run an action" to assign Tokens to more than one contractor without using excel batch.
2 votesThank you Anaisis, batch assignment of token types would be possible however; assigning actual unique tokens to each holder would only work of you are assigning 'system generated' ID tokens. Is this your intent.

Add more columns to the contracts report
We use the value field within the Contracts for an organization. This field is not available within the report. This is the only field that is not available. It would be great if this could be added. Our finance team would find this very beneficial.
