Automatic SOS alarm trigger
Communication radios use a function called Man Down, if a radio gets in an horizontal position, it sends an automated SOS message to a Monitoring Center, indication a possible accident of the person using the radio. That's because, maybe the person is so injured that cannot send the message by its own.
Could be a way to configure a mobile App function to get an alarm trigger same as this radio function?

You should consider making OnSentry full online
You should consider making OnSentry full online. We've been receiving many complaints from the customer, when using two or more CipherLab unis in the same location, due to its offline development; for example, if a contractor sign-in through an Access Point and, in a short time he/she try to sign-out through the other AP, the OnSentry set or placed in that area registers another sign-in for the same contractor, then, the security guy try to update database manually, but, is the Db is too heavy, the unit takes a long time to get Db updated.

We are currently in the process of making improvements to OnLocation mobile to allow it to perform same tasks as OnSentry. These developments will take effect in the course of next 12 months.

Whenever an employee has been to a Location (school), they would be required to register their e-mail address in their WOL system, but it won't allow the same e-mail to be registered in another Location. This scenario happens between schools because many teachers work in more than one school using the same Department of Education e-mail address.
In my point of view, the duplication should be restricted by Location and not the whole system. The kiosk has a Location on its data, that should be enough to find which Location the sign-in is really happening.
1 voteThank you for your submission. We implemented single use email rules from day one in 2012 as part of best practise security however; we recognise today that in some use cases like yours this creates limitations.
We do have a solution with the recent release of the Custom Communities feature whereby each school can setup a Custom Community e.g 'Roaming Teachers' (distinct from say standard Employees who only work at that school). You then add those roaming teachers (that also work for other schools) to this new community as members. Next you add that 'Roaming Teachers' community to the sign-in kiosk options. When a teacher goes to sign in to your school using a Kiosk, QR Code or are signed in by an operator, they can select from 'Visitor', 'Contractor', 'Employee', or 'Roaming Teacher'. When selecting 'Roaming Teacher' they can be taken through a unique sign-in workflow.

Let employees see their time on site current month
Background:
In Europe all companies will be met by a new legislation that will impose the duty to digitally register the total amount of work time for ANY emplyee, month by month.This will open a brand new market to us. Not just in DK, but all over Europe actually. I have JUST met with a new potential customer that REALLY want to do business with us, but one tine thing is missing in ONL, to make it comply with this legislation.
In the law it is stated that ANY employee MUST be able to access the registred data somehow.…

This is a great idea. We do have this in our roadmap however its scheduling is still a work in progress In essence our plan is to support a user being able to see a summary of their own 'time on site' for the last day, week, month, year. We plan on making these insights available via the mobile app (OnLocation Mobile) and via their dashboard if they login via desktop browser.
Note; OnLocation Mobile is a free mobile app for your employees and we support iOS and Android). I will leave your idea open even though its in the roadmap as other users may wish to contribute to your idea.

NEW PLACEHOLDER FOR TRIGGERS (EVENT_DATE)
The main problem is that there is NO placeholder for DATE e.g. meaning the Data of visit / when the visitor is coming.

Tokens by email or SMS
Add an option to send tokens directly to users by email or sms (the same way as inductions). This will allow users to have their access code digitally without having to print a badge.

Share to a user their history of checkin's via OnLocation
Provide each user with a history of their checkin's during a defined time period, eg. the last financial year, so that they can easily track their in office attendance. Helps when calculating 'Work from Home' tax deductions (251 working days, minus 20 days leave, minus 130 days of in office attendance = 101 days working from home).

Evac integration with 3rd party systems
We have an evacuation panel that allows staff to press an evacuation button which in turn sounds a tone across the site. It would be ideal that by pressing this button, it also triggers a Evacuation event with WolEvac (similar to what a Wol Evac manager would do). Currently we have to press the evacuation button and then also create an event in wol evac. A trigger could also occur the other way round with a Wol Evac event triggering the tone. Our Evacuation system is IP based and is part of the Jacques IP based public address system.

Adding exceptions to visitors for automated sign outs.
Please add an exception for Visitors to have an exception added like employees and contractors. We have visitors who come in over night who are being signed out even though they are still on site.

Sync logs for longer period
Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

At one location we may have 4 different kiosks set up with deliveries + use deliveries within Sign in/out manager. On the reporting there is no way to show the different areas they were logged?

With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.

Non-hosted Contractor Generates Notification to 'Organization Owner'
Two parts to this idea:
First - Allow individual Members of Organizations to have associated 'Organization Owners' like the Organization is able to.
Second - Allow 'Organization Owners' to be an option for who to notify when Contractor signs in without specifying a Host.

Setup OnEvac "user" as the site
When you setup an OnEvac user, they get a specific code. If you setup the same “user” on a different site, it assigns the same code. However, I have some site managers that are the main contact for multiple sites, so when you scan the code, you have to choose from a list of sites. Obviously, this wouldn't be ideal in an actual emergency. I wondered if it could be adjusted so I can setup the worksite as the "user" rather than a staff member?

Add custom fields to Badges
It would be great to be able to add Contractor profile custom fields to our badge designs. We have different classifications for contractors which dictate their different access levels on site and it would be ideal if this could be captured easily on their badge.

View contract status in the profile summary
When you click on a member or a contractor a summary pops up. In the member summary it shows their induction status - really useful. Would be great to have the same in the contractor summary for contract and insurance status.

The evacuation trigger when fired by the fire warden sends the nearest evacuation points on Google Maps to the people sent the evacuation message, include when they receive the message asking them if are they safe
