Allow Dashboard to Filter by Access Point instead of Only by Site/Location
Suggestion:
Currently, Dashboards can only be configured to display people presence information at the location (site) level. We have received customer feedback requesting the ability to create dashboards for a specific Access Point rather than the entire site.
Customer Use Case:
A customer has multiple access points configured within a single site (e.g., Reception, Engineering, Operations, Construction, Tourism) and would like a dashboard that displays only the people who have signed in through a selected access point.
For example:
Site: Bargara Road Office
Access Points:
Bargara Rd Reception
Bargara Rd Engineering
Bargara Rd Operations
Bargara Rd Construction
Bundaberg Tourism
The customer wants a dashboard that shows only the people currently signed in via the Bundaberg Tourism access point, rather than everyone signed into the Bargara Road Office location.
Proposed Enhancement:
Add an option during dashboard configuration to filter by:
Location (current functionality)
Access Point (new)
Optionally, Zone (if applicable)
This would allow administrators to create dashboards for individual buildings, reception areas, departments, contractors, or work areas that share the same site.
Current Limitation:
The current dashboard functionality aggregates data for the entire site/location and does not provide an option to filter by Access Point, making it difficult for customers who need visibility into specific areas within a location.
