Description / Problem Statement:
Customers managing a large number of sites often configure multiple triggers per location. At present, there is no way to generate, export, or print a consolidated list of triggers for each site. This makes it difficult for administrators to audit configurations, perform internal reviews, support compliance requirements, or share trigger setups with internal stakeholders who do not have direct access to the OnLocation platform.

Current Limitation:
Triggers can only be viewed individually within each site in the UI. There is no reporting, export, or print functionality that provides a site-level or organisation-level overview of all configured triggers.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a feature that allows users to export or print a list of triggers, ideally with the following capabilities:

Export triggers per site and/or across all sites

Include key trigger details such as:

Location name

Trigger name

Trigger type

Conditions/criteria

Actions taken (e.g. notifications, workflows)

Status (enabled/disabled)

Support common formats such as PDF, CSV, or Excel

Optional filters (by site, trigger type, status)

User Roles / Access:
This feature would primarily be used by Administrators or users with appropriate reporting or configuration permissions.

Use Case Example:
An organisation with dozens of locations and hundreds of triggers needs to periodically review all active triggers to ensure they are still relevant and correctly configured. Being able to export or print this information would significantly reduce administrative overhead and error risk.
