  1. Particularly for apartments in the CBD where the car park numbers often differ from the unit numbers(e.g. #217, on level B3 ). We add the information in the note for our reference. If the information could be found out at one glance in the property tab, that would be helpful for PM, and it won't be easily missed. Thank you.

  2. It would be good if Property Tree will hold multiple BPAY references for each property for the same creditor. Example when Strata Levies are received separately for a car space to the actual unit they generally have different BPAY references so invoice genius does not pick up when its different.

  3. When looking at a list of expiring leases it woud be great to add a column where you can make a note for yourself where the communicaiton is up to and be able to edit it.

  4. When entering an invoice on the creditor screen sometimes they're not already loaded.. it would be really handy to have the ability to "add creditor" from this page

  5. For the properties that do have compliance already, is it possible to create a compliance template fields that gets created and sent out automatically at the end of the compliance expiry to the landlords?

  6. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  8. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.

  9. When applying a credit to a tenant, either for rent or against an invoice.
    If they have paid for something on behalf of the LL, which the landlord could claim, it would be great if this could reflect on both the owners statements and also on the tenants to reflect why the credit was applied.

  11. Some properties have access codes as well as keys. There is only a space for a key number. Can you add an option for codes.

  12. Please create a section to duplicate properties. e.g. one owner with 20 units all on one property instead of entering every unit one by one.

  14. The new bond increase is great, but it needs to be available for commercial properties and be able to genrate an invoice with rent increase and bond increase.

  15. When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

  16. Sales Statements provide a lack on information on them. I have just paid a Solicitor funds as Stakeholder but when I generated the statement, which should also be stored as a Statement, the Statement shows the Vendor as the Payee. The Statement does not show who the money was actually paid to, nor the reason for it eg Settlement, Stakeholder or anything else. Nor can we see entered bank details for the payee when preparing the final statement which is extremely important to check off.

  17. The last reconciliation should be able to be deleted or edited so any error such as the date can be corrected, not for any reconciliatons prior to this.

  18. With the new Commercial Tenancy Statement, is there any way to filter by a due date for outstanding invoices (outside of rent cycle). Currently, all invoices entered are showing under outstanding, regardless of if they are overdue. This could be an issue as some invoices are entered in well in advance.

  19. Improve the search function to search all data. If I enter a suburb, bring it up. I hate that I have to type in the entire address. Or a tenant or owner surname, again I have to type the entire name. Other software you can type anything in the data and it searches. Any part of a name, address, code or even mobiles.

  20. Daily Tenant Download Report - Automatically Sent to Management Staff.
    I have a staff member conducting our daily bank reconciliation and doing the tenant download report. It would be great if there was a feature to send the tenant download report automatically to our management staff.
