Automatic Inspection Configuration - Timing
Allow for the automatic routine inspection scheduling to be without a set time, so it reallocates the next inspection for the same time frame as the last inspection when it is closed rather than looking at the default inspection configuration.

Automatically SAVE in MRI Inspect (like in PT)
In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

Sync report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day
It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.
However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.
Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.

Can PT not to include any outstanding payment on a commercial invoice?
It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

Audit Tab under profiles
I recommend an audit tab under each profile ( tenancy, property and owner) which will show a log of date, time and user of making any adjust under the profile.
for example, staff member 1 changed the rent schedule on 5/2/2025 at 11.55am. A log will show:

If a work order fails to send PMs need an alert. We've a tradesman where all communications have failed for 3weeks & we were not aware.

REI Forms Integrations
When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

Remove emergency contact from being automatically included in mail merge
When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

Making Bond and Deposit Information Mandatory for Residential Setup
It would be lovely if residential profiles could not be able to be finalised without the required bond amount being entered. This would stop bond payments being automatically allocated to rent in the meantime.

Print or Save to PDF Option for Tenant Comments on Ingoing Reports
When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

Work Order Auto Reminder to Trade
Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

Total overall arrears to show in mailmerge for commercials
We want to create an email mailmerge for a commercial tenant to show their arrears for rent, budgeted outgoings and any other invoice. We also want to highlight the overall total of their arrears figure. However there is no template field that gives the overall arrears figure.

routine inspections
I would like to be able to add the actual inspector of the property as a merge field on the auto communications. Currently our communications come from the Senior PM, but the PM (another person) is completing the inspection. If times need to be changed the correspondence should be able to be navigated to the inspector of the premises rather than the Senior PM.
