  1. Ability to upload 1 document with multiple pages (invoices) to Invoice Genius, then split into individual invoices, like in FileSmart.
    And also being able to merge invoices

  2. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  3. currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.

    It would be very useful to also have journals for:

    • Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another

    • Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

  4. Profile Heading - add a profile heading like "Break Lease" in the property card so it is visible to see what property is for sale. It is then easier for other users to find when not their portfolio.

  5. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  6. We have a owner who does not want a certain creditor to do any more maintenance on her properties.
    Currently the only way is to pin a note to the property profile and hope the note is checked before creating the maintenance request. The information on the note is not access able once you are in the maintenance request screen
    We would love it to add or removing creditors to the owner or properties so the creditors not allowed don't even appear as an option when creating the request

  8. Currently we can set up to automatically a tenant or owner that the lease is due for renewal at x days. We would like an option that we can set up automatic emails to the agent at x days so they can be triggered to individualize the communication to the owner.

  12. We have many instances where the sales commission is for example 2.75% + GST = 3.025%. Property Tree cannot handle this and can only record 3.02% or 3.03%, both of which are incorrect. It should be a simple fix to increase the field to 3 decimal places

With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?

    After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

  14. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant

  15. On the creditor invoice breakdown screen, it would be good to see a traffic light system highlighted on the $ amount.
    Green = enough funds in owners account to pay it.
    Amber = enough funds in owner account however there are other priority bills to pay so there may not be enough money to pay this creditor now.
    Red = not enough funds in owner account to pay this bill now.

  16. While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

  17. Clients with more than one property are unable to view graphs and details for each property individually.
    Only work around is to have separate email addresses for each property with different portal log ins

  18. We have just had a complaint about the wording on the Tax Invoices issued. When a new Tax Invoice is issued it has all the others issued prior listed as outstanding when in actual fact they are not outstanding. They are due in the future. Is there a way of changing the wording on this Statement that is issued to the Tenants

  19. Display the Property Manager’s name in Invoice Genius on the ‘Bulk Processing’ screen, next to the Property address, so we can identify the PM and bulk forward invoices (similar to FileSmart).
    Also display the PM on the invoice screen once the invoice has been opened and Property selected, which will be helpful for any invoices that were not bulk processed users currently have to have 2 screens open, to find out who the PM is, before they can forward the invoice
