  1. Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.

    Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

  2. Show the held funds balance of a tenant on their receipt when they make a payment. It shows when an invoice is issued but it would be good if they could see the new balance when a payment is receipted to held funds.

  3. It would be good to have the ability to set a specific Income & Expenditure Report Type (Consolidated or Property Breakdown) for some owners that have multiple properties.

  6. The ability to have an agency ledger that groups the fees. So you can clearly see how the end of month figures have been arrived at to enable you to balance. At the moment it is just in date order

  7. Have two vertical scroll bars in Invoice Genius.
    One for the scanned invoice, an one for the detail panels. Margin for error when having to enter details on the 2nd page of an invoice, as you can't copy and paste which leaves a margin of error if having to enter for a example a BPAY reference number contained on the 2nd page to the Invoice details.

  8. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  9. Creditors are sent the statement when the invoice is paid, not when the ABA file is created. If you cancel a creditor payment before creating the ABA file, the creditor is not notified the payment has been cancelled. Is it possible to send the creditor an automated 'cancelled' statement if a payment is cancelled.

  11. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  13. A log is required for critical date changes. This includes lease, management and rent review dates. Extremely important especially if there is a PM with a beef and is leaving who loses the care factor. It makes people more accountable.

  14. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  16. When an owner is put on hold then there should be an option to either withhold everything (including paying creditor invoices) or withhold only payment to the owner but pay the creditors.

  17. When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

  18. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  19. Currently owner funds are withheld for payments due in the next 30 days, we'd like the ability to change this to make it shorter based on our business requirements for instance only withhold funds for payments due in the next 15 days.
