  2. Every transaction sends a story sheet to the purchaser and vendor conveyancer. It outlines the particulars of each sale and all contact information of the involved parties.

    The Story Sheet details are collected on one A4 page.

    Details include

    Agency details and contact information
    Selling agent's details and contact information
    Property Address (Full)
    Vendor's details and contact information
    Vendors Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchasers details and contact information
    Purchaser Broker details and contact information (if required)
    Puchaers Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchase amount on the contract
    The deposit paid and the date held in the trust account
    Settlement…

  3. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  4. On the ownership window, the last payment should reflect the "last payment" made, even if its $0.00. At the moment, it gets a little confusing because it shows last payment (this could be from a month before) and last statement being the latest statement. I.e an owner didn't have enough money to pay all outstanding bills so this months payment was $0.00. On the ownership window, it doesn't show $0.00. It shows their last payment from the month before.

  5. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  6. Hi, just wondering if we could bing the integration with EagleCRM, we've been heavily working on this CRM and PropertyTree, and we wish that we could get this two working seamlessly with Database exchange. many thanks

  7. There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

  9. Add a filter to exclude commercial rent invoices from the list of overdue tenancy invoices. Commercial invoices are sent to tenants 14 days before they are due so they end up showing as overdue when we want to just check on overdue water usgae or outgoings invoices

  10. Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

  14. Have just run the key register and it has properties that have been archived still in the list even though the key number has been removed.

    There is no reason for them to be on the list. It would be good if they could be removed or filter so they do not appear in report eg active properties

  16. I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

  17. We need a consolidated report which is able to be separated by each sales rep (by tag maybe?) which shows all advertising spent to date for each of their own listings. I was able to produce this report in REST and would send it to each Rep monthly so they could keep track of their spending and not go over budget or if needed, contact their Vendor and request further funds.

  18. When creating a text message it would be great to have that as a 'floating' pop up window to enable the information ie arrears amount when inputting the SMS to be viewed while creating the text.

  19. It would be extremely useful for Management if we were able to see who has entered/deleted information from the system for auditing and error processing. Just like receipting you can identify who has receipted funds.
