Show arrears and invoicing owing on receipts
Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

Smoke Alarm Compliance
Need another section in the 'TYPE" dropdown field to say Both. We have some properties that have both Hardwired and Battery Smoke Alarms. At this point you can only pick on or the other. We have to use 'unknown' which is not correct and then makes our staff have to search for the last service report to check what is at the property.

Preview documents in the document tab
It would be very useful to be able to see each page in preview form of the documents uploaded into the property/owner/tenant card so we do not have to download each document to view it.

Mail Merge Rental Arrears ability to include tenancy overview
Would like a template field for Tenancy Overview to enable an overview to be included in a mail merge for rental arrears sent to the tenant by email. I think this would help the tenants understand the arrears and avoid PM's having to send 2x separate emails.

In the "create invoice" section, add a section for a purchase order number and the facility to add a company address.
In the tenant card "create invoice" section, could you please add a section for a purchase order number and the facility to add a company address (different from the rental address). We have a lot of companies that require their head office address and their purchase order number on all invoices.

Owner's Held Funds - specific which invoice funds are held funds
The ability to specify the creditor/creditors for which the owner's held funds is for. So that when an amount is specifically held for a specific invoice, it doesn't allow that money to be used to pay other invoices that may be receive earlier than that specific invoice.

Recurring credit for commercial tenancies
It would be beneficial to be able to set up a recurring credit against rent or outgoings. This would better handle landlord incentives such as covid concessions and allow them to be recorded rather than just netted off against rent. The alternative now is to manually enter the credit monthly or net it off against the rent, losing the audit trail to some extent. The ability to categorise the credit type, similar to the way residential can, would also be beneficial.

Owner invoices sent to owner even though not paid in PT
Can PT include documents marked as Owner Invoice when not being paid. For example we receive copies of water/council/strata when they are direct debited from the owner, but not included with the owner statements. Then when the owner is doing their tax the accountants want copies of the invoices. We then have to download and save them, then email them.
The other option is to be able to select the invoices we want to send and be able to email them direct to the owner like we can do from File Smart

Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

Show Property Address on Charges - Multi Owner
Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

Additional Sales Merge Fields
There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

New Tenant Water Invoice
Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

Instalment feature for creditor invoices using Invoice Genius
When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

When receiving multiple attachments in an email received in the Communication Platform, to be able to download all files in one function rather than one at a time. Also if there could be an option of saving the images to the Document Management or into a Maintenance request.

Print from invoice genius
The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue10 votes
