Manual fees - show last charged date
We had an issue recently where a batch of manual fees were charged in consecutive months. It would be great if there was an alert when manually charging fees.
If PT could let you know the last date that the fee had been charged, so it could be checked and only charged if correct. Or even an alert if the fee has been charged in the last 6 months.
This would save time for us having to cancel & refund the fee but also the owner having to pay the fee and then wait for a refund.4 votes -
Sensitive notification emails to include entry of bank accounts, not just changed bank accounts
Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

integration for multiple REI - NSW & ACT
We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)
It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email
Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.
As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.
It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

email banners for ad hoc emails
since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

Inspection type to show option of Tenant Assisted Inspection
When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

Compliance - Insurance should not transfer with change of ownership
Insurance entered for a property should not go over with the property during change of ownership as this would have been for when the previous owner managed it not the new ownership.

The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

Income & Expenditure - select recipient
When a property manager / registerd PT user, requests a Income & Expenditure statement, it would be helpful if the email with the link to download the statement, goes to the person that requested it.

We would love to have a rent review field and a mergefor it, so when we use our email /letter templates the figure will merge - would streamline the whole rent review/lease expiry process for our team

follow up inspection option
It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

Email window is too small when replying and forwarding within the Communication Platform
I think the window for the email is very small and if you are writing a long email, you can't see the whole thing - why is it limited to a third of screen?

Ability to print a bank reconcilation for the whole financial year instead of monthly.

Ability to split creditor invoicing
The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

Remove Event Driven Ownership Statement/Payment Fees in Bulk
Having the ability on the Ownership Payment screen to waive any Fees in Bulk (e.g. Admin Fee), for any fees charged by an Event such as Ownership Statement / Ownership Payment.
That would for example allow to create Mid-Month and EOM Owner Statements, however only charging the one Fee amount in total at the EOM.
That will solve the issue of either having to split the fee amount (half at Mid-Month, half at EOM) or charge the total fee amount manually.
