  1. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  2. It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.

    Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.

    Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.

  5. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

  6. Since the tasks upgrade has happened we are finding we are having to double handle a lot of things. especially maintenance, to be able to follow up
    when entering maintenance we used to just put a note in with a follow up date, now we have to create a maintenance request, a task and a note which is creating a lot more work and becomes confusing when having to redirect to different pages to update dates and notes.

  7. Currently we cannot input budgets into property tree, we can only print out income an expense reports which means we have to manually do a spreadsheet to follow budget actual v projected.

  8. Add Automated Communications Trigger for X Days to Vacate Date.
    The current system allows you to send automated communications X days from the lease end date. However if a vacate date is entered for the tenant this blocks the communications from going out. We would like to send reminders to tenants that their lease end date is x days away as well as advise them of the rent owed to vacate. As such, we request to have the option to send automated communications based on vacate date or for the vacate date to not prevent communications triggered by the lease…

Have a feed or synch when entering a creditor invoice as you are invoicing the tenant it feeds if they pay gst and GST needs to be added on top of rate instalment (that does not include gst but we need to charge if LL is registered) we are having to manually check each time very time consuming

  11. Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

    Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.

    Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?

    Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).

    In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Or would you prefer this email to be sent to your external email each time an email failed to send? If you are not using the Communication Platform,…

  12. Previously in REST when entering a rent increase that didn't line up with the tenant's existing payment cycle there would be an option to raise an invoice for the difference in the rent increase for the period between the rent increase effective date and the tenant's next payment cycle. This would mean the tenant's payment cycle isn't impacted and the owner doesn't have to wait till the next payment cycle for the increase to come into effect.

    So some tenants paying monthly it could mean the owner is having to wait an additional 30 days if the rent increase is…

  14. It would be much easier for tenants to understand their receipts and ledgers if rent was calculated to the day.

    It would reduce large part payments and the confusion that most tenants have regarding this especially when looking at their receipts.

  17. We would like the tenant card profile to show the effective arrears, not the arrears without part payment applied. The PM's go into the tenant card and see the red arrears amount and tell tenants they are in arrears, when the actually are not, as this is not effective arrears showing

  18. It would be good to have the ability to delete a note on an owner or tenancy file. Currently if I accidentally create a note to the wrong file I can't delete it, only edit it to say note created in error
