  1. It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

  2. We should received a notification email to list out all of the quarterly invoices that we are missing on for quarterly invoices like Sydney water, strata levies and other quarterly invoices that we should entered. This is very important to alert us as agents that we should be receiving these missing bills on a quarterly basis and to avoid interest charge on the invoices.

To have the ability to permanently change the system font and size when sending any email via communications as well as having the option to close of any email with a prepopulated closing line to show professionalism like Kind Regards rather then having to manually type this for every email sent. Also with the threat of cyber fraud it would be most helpful to allow us the option to put in our own agency's disclaimers at the end of each email which is also prepopulated and legible.

  5. We would love to see a pop up come up when entering Tenant vacate information for specific information that needs to be done for that property - e.g. we have one property and if it's going to be empty for more that a week the gas pilot needs to be turned off by the body corp maintenance guy otherwise the owner gets hit with a large bill when it's vacant. The pinned notes are not obvious enough unless you consciously click on them to see what they are.

  6. When I do my end of month, the system withhold funds for invoices that I have set to be paid mid-next-month.

    I don't want this months rent to pay those invoices.
    I want next months rent to pay those invoices, that is why I have put next months date. However the system auto holds it.

    It would be good to have an override button for this.

  7. Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.

    It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

  9. Further integration between Eagle and PT to allow listings to push from Eagle to PT, save time, push and advance information, seamless functionality, less confusion. This would allow users of both to have better control and usabilty and would be a game changer.

  10. Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc

  11. When reconciling multiple bonds, bond top-ups & pet bonds, it would be helpful if the property tree authority transaction also included the property address, which is entered by the property manager when processing payment to the bond authority.

  14. The fixed position of help line drop box often covers the issue that i`m having.
    just being able to move the drop box around the screen will enable me to see and activate any corrections that are suggested.

  15. We need to send notices from strata every day to multiple properties under the one units plan.
    It would make it a lot easier to send a bulk email under the units plan/creditor rather than going into each individual property to send it.

  16. when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

  19. It would be great to have the option to send the Tenancy a Remittance when a Tenancy Payment is made to their account. This would list the reason/s why the payment is made, based on the description entered. For example, is it a refund of bond held in trust, a vacate credit etc.
