  1. When integrating from PT to REI Forms the merge fields are for the owner contact instead of the legal name (if its a business it does not show) and, if there are multiple owners it only adds one name to the document.

    The merge field need to be changed to legal name not contacts.

  3. It would be great to see, Property Tree make all data fields availaible in Property Tree as merge fields in auto communications and e-mail/letter merge fields. Example being having the ability to show "Paid From" "Paid To" "Inhand Credit" "Effective Paid To" in the body of the auto receipt e-mail.

    Reasoning behind this is the tenants in QLD are shown an Effective date on their receipt that includes the In hand credit however this is not explained on the receipt and tenants get confused by this.

    Also having the ability to have all merge fields available in every document/Letter/E-mail would…

  6. If we could download ledger information into a spreadsheet through CSV option we could manipulate the data to meet tenant or owner needs such as govt departments etc.

  7. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  10. We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

  11. On the main screen for tenants there should be a way to see any outstanding invoices, arrears do show but it should show all unpaid invoices sent to the tenant

  12. Allow the agency to set the frequency of the next rent review date to allow this to populate automatically based on a new tenancy end date. For example, we set ours to 120 days prior to the tenancy end date. Our team has to manually enter this when setting up a new tenancy, this should be able to be configured based on the agency's preference like inspections.

  13. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  14. Allowing external parties who are not on your contact list to email your propertytree inbox. This allows for Councils etc to email your mailbox with rates notices. PropertyMe allows this and its hard to live without

  15. Please increase the font choices when sending mail from PT. Most of the font options there are not professional or useful. The standard 'System Font' is converted to Times New Roman which isn't appealing to the eye.

  16. When a tenant invoice has been paid direct to the creditor, and the creditor issues a credit note, this can currently be added to the tenancy, however not against the creditor.

Have a feed or synch when entering a creditor invoice as you are invoicing the tenant it feeds if they pay gst and GST needs to be added on top of rate instalment (that does not include gst but we need to charge if LL is registered) we are having to manually check each time very time consuming

  18. It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.

    Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.

    Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.

  19. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  20. In QLD we now need to send a Notice to Leave with every lease renewal in order to prevent the tenancy from rolling over onto periodic. If there was a field in the mail merge print templates that had the Lease End Date - Weekday, which filled out a field with the day of the week that the lease is due to end, this would be so helpful. It would mean that QLD users could automatically send mail merges with a fully populated Notice to Leave attached. This would save heaps of time as we have to do them all…
