  1. From time to time we need to send an email to owners who have compliance managed through a particular contractor. I.e. smoke alarm compliance contractors.

    They may have advised there is a price increase and we need to be able to easily pull a list of those owners and email them about the change.

  2. Show the Account Summary in Invoice Genius, like it's already displaying on the standard ‘Create Creditor Invoice’ screen. It’s very helpful to see if an owner has an Ownership Balance / Available Balance

  3. The agent mobile app for PT is very very basic.
    You do not have access to key iD's alarm codes etc. Information that is often needed on the run.
    THis needs to be update to include this info as easy to access.
    it would be handy to have a more user friendly mobile app similar to the one used by Property Me with the ability to send and assign work orders, view contact info and property info and key numbers.

  4. The program would be better if the funds for each property could go to separate banks not tied to the ownership because lots of owners have multiple properties with different mortgages. NOT just a percentage of the total or a flat fee

  5. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

  6. Currently if we offer 2 months free management fees to clients, there are no way in Property Tree such that the management fees will be charged after 2 months time.

    For now, we have to remember to do this in 2 months time.

    Maybe Management Fee option can be enhanced such that the trigger can happen after a certain date.

  8. We currently utilise Bricks+Agent for maintenance which is integrated with Property Tree.

    We would love to have the following two features:

    1. The compliance dates in Property Tree to create draft jobs (work orders), which would then generate work orders in Bricks+Agent.

    2. When these recurring jobs are completed in Bricks+Agent, the compliance dates in Property Tree would then auto-update (e.g. +12 months, +24 months, etc.)

  9. It's so confusing for commercial tenants receiving a statement everytime a new invoice is generated and sent. Would like to just sent the new invoice, and then have the option to send statements when we want to

  11. We would like the ability to send automated communication from different team members working within a portfolio. For instance, we have a few super PODs / Portfolios where the Senior PM liaises with the owners and the PM deals with the tenants so ideally the arrears and routine inspections should come from the PM not the SPM. Surely this is a common issue - would be great to have some flexibility here.

  12. Commercial Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be attached to Tenants Documents on PT as well as Tenancy Invoice showing on Ownership profile - this will give a clear overview as to who paid what without having to go through individual ledgers every time.

  14. Need to be able to make it clear that the creditor will not attend or doesn't do job. Maybe be able to cancel this job and make note on top very clear to see and read when going into the maintenance area

  16. The envelope alert should only be shown when the message is relevant to the property manager/user that is logged in instead of showing alerts for any message that comes in to the whole company.

  17. Currently, the owners need to download the ledger in order to view the tenants 'effective paid to date'. The ownership portal currently only shows when the tenants next due date is for rent, which is not reflective of when the tenants are actually paid to. It would be great if this could be changed to reflect the effective paid to date as it is a more accurate representation of the rental payments.

  18. Ability to customise User Access to a specific Trust Account within the same PT database.
    For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.

  19. When entering a tenant invoice, send this invoice individually without the statement of other outstanding invoices at the end. This allows for that invoice to be resent as required and makes it clear for the tenant.

    Then have the statement of outstanding invoices separate, so a statement can be sent at any time.

  20. We have tenants which are given rent credits weekly and monthly for maintenance on the building or taking bins out - it would be great if we did not have to do it each week/month but was done automatically. Thank you
