  1. Would be great if we could customise each user's dashboard.
    Sales team being able to see information about sales properties.
    PM seeing upcoming inspections etc.
    As part of the sales team, my dashboard is entirely useless to me.

  2. We have had a request from a Company to add Purchase Order Numbers to Tax Invoices. Can this please be added somewhere other than having to do Invoices Manually. Thank you

  3. If tenant is paying monthly rent, is there a way that the weekly and monthly rent can be displayed on ownership statements for the tenancy?

  4. It would be helpful if on expense reports it displayed all the transactions/invoices under each account for example

    Repairs and Maintenance: $500

    Invoice 281: Fixing Washing Machine - $300

    Invoice 385: Tile Repairs - $200

    This would help as it shows exactly what items are involved in a specific expense.
    Also adding a search feature where you can search for an invoice by account rather then just creditor name/invoice number/property.

  5. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.

  6. It would be helpful if the creditor details, name and TELEPHONE number are included on the workorder so when you cc the tenants they have the ability to follow up the creditor and ensure the job is booked in. Only currently able to add name of creditor

  7. due to the date being Auto Entered as the current date, i have mistakenly Reconciled my bank as per todays date, not as the bank statement. being able to change the date in addition to the amount would be a saving grace. Especially for auditing purposes.

  8. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

  9. Within the Water Usage section have notes appearing or a tick box to include -
    - properties where only fixed charges are charged
    - properties where owner does not wish to charge water
    - properties that are not separately metered
    - Owner supplies water notice

  10. I would love to see any changes to a tenancy rent schedule be stamped on the tenancy ledger (regardless of whether or not it effects the tenancy paid to date). It would also be great if all vacate dates also appeared.

  12. Sale Statement Tax Invoice - very simply please add in a total owed figure.

    The current statement shows money in and expenses incurred but not the final figure owed by the Seller. Or also in the instance the Agency needs to return unused funds. Also why can't we include our trust account details on the statement ?

  14. Ability to set Installments in invoice genius, without holding the full amount

    E.g council rates

    Whilst the plug in of invoice automate provides this and a lot more automation, having this ability in core Property Tree would be beneficial for us.

Be able to send another email by replying to your own email when you want to send another message related to the first but you can't because the owner/tenant hasn't replied to your original message yet so instead of continuing on the same thread you have to make a whole new email thread. And that can get messy and confusing.

  18. Should a Strata/Building Manager not include the Strata Plan number, it would be great to be able to search by the building name as this is usually in their signature.

  19. Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)
