  1. It would be handy to be able to print off or pdf an Owner's outstanding creditor invoice that are entered into Property Tree so it can be forwarded/mailed to them.

  2. We have residences that have multiple rooms and we assign keys per room and also have groups/region of keys with a letter to distinguish the group/region eg:

    A15/1

    This format is not currently accepted as a key number.

    We NEED to be able to record our key numbers in this way.

    Currently they are recorded as eg: 15/1 but this will not prove acceptable moving forward.

  4. There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

  5. we oversee entire complexes and sometimes we need to email all tenants regarding certain things that require a photo being sent - currently have to attach a photo to a Word doc and then add it as an attachment.
    It would be great to be able to just paste it into the body of the email so I know it's easy to be seen by the recipient.

  8. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  9. In PT you can only edit the Owner's contact payment information to either EFT or Cheque.

    The EFT method requires AU specific account details which for any Owner with an international account is impossible to provide.

    As a workaround, our accounts team set the method to Cheque as it is the only alternative in this scenario, of course, they do not process the payment by Cheque.

    Owners not happy with this as not accurate for their financials and reporting

  10. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

Are you using a different solution for your Web Advertising? Does this other solution have other functionality that assists with leasing your properties (ie. application processing)?   18. It is necessary to have the Tenancy ID as a Merge Field in the Auto Comm template for Tenancy Invoices. Currently, the Tenancy ID only displays on an Invoice if ‘Tenancy Invoices’ is ticked in the Trust Configuration (screenshot below) however, that is not an option for clients using DEFT, because they do NOT want to share their Trust details with the tenants, but they still want their Tenants to receive the Tenancy ID (e.g. also for adhoc invoices etc)

  19. It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

  20. Date of funds received currently defaulted to the system date for receipts generated under allocation from Unknown Funds . The field should be left open for input for the actual date that the funds was received.
