It needs to include the contact details of the tradesperson receiving the work order. Doing this allows the tradesperson and the tenant to coordinate the time between themselves. If the tenant doesn't know the tradesperson's phone number, they keep ringing our office to find out what's going on.

We do this now, but we have to enter the tenants details to each WO. This should have been included. It's so obvious.

will be great to have this! Something simple, who we've sent, to attend to what (job title) and creditor's contact detail. Just so Tenants know who will contact them. We don't like sending a copy of the work order as we always note how much is the expense limit for that job or what's quoted. Tenants don't need to know this.

When sending a work order to a trade an automated email is generated to the renters advising them their request has been assigned and list the trade who will be in contact with them.

Clients who would like to send a copy of the Work Order to the tenants, also want the Creditor's contact number displayed on there so tenants and creditors can contact each other directly. Can Creditor's contact numbers be added to the Work Order?

As a work around - I personally just send a copy of the work order to the tenants when issuing it to the tradesperson.

I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.
