   I couldn't agree with this more. I am interested to know how the integration with Inspection Manager/Inspection Express works with this as it auto closes the reports.

    I agree with this, it is difficult to locate the history of the property when the required information is sitting in archives. I find having 2 separate property folios is very untidy.
