We're currently finalising the details of this request with our development team. The notification would be a separate template allowing you to customise what you would like to share with tenant when notifying them of the quote request or work order. We'll let you know once it goes into Development.

We do this now, but we have to enter the tenants details to each WO. This should have been included. It's so obvious.

Include an option to email the tenant a copy of the work order when it's generated, so the tenant knows what is going on.

It needs to include the contact details of the tradesperson receiving the work order. Doing this allows the tradesperson and the tenant to coordinate the time between themselves. If the tenant doesn't know the tradesperson's phone number, they keep ringing our office to find out what's going on.
