    We're currently finalising the details of this request with our development team. The notification would be a separate template allowing you to customise what you would like to share with tenant when notifying them of the quote request or work order. We'll let you know once it goes into Development.

    This would help renters know what to expect. An automatic note when a work order is sent would cut down on follow-up questions.

    This would help a lot. A reminder a few days before rent is due should reduce late payments and save time chasing arrears.
