Activity Log on Property / User Report
Would be handy to have an activity log not only just for user activity to monitor work efficiency, but also on a property page to see all maintenance / inspections / communication at a quick glance rather than digging through different tabs.

Key number when searching for a property
When searching for a property rather than the property ID number appearing next to the address can this be changed to show the property key number? I rarely need the property ID but need key numbers multiple times a day, this change would save having to click into the property to get the key number. Thanks

Default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code
Can you please add a default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code to the Configuration > Accounts (like other Account Groups/Codes are setup), so Users don’t have to create it, however can customize if necessary.
Unless the Tenancy Expense Account is used or displayed on any reports, the name for the Account Group & Code can be very generic.11 votes -
Back end activity log - invoices processed
When a invoice is processed, you cannot see which user has completed this or see a log.
We have had a couple of instances where we needed to address certain situations around task management and accountability and due to know log, it has made it difficult.

2FA code
when logging in to PT on mobile and you get your one time code and click 'add from messages' the entire number is populated into the first box - it would be good if this was changed to populate into the boxes correctly.

Customise your dashboard
Would be great if we could customise each user's dashboard.
Sales team being able to see information about sales properties.
PM seeing upcoming inspections etc.

Ad hoc letter needs option for the Property Manager to be the sender so they receive letters from their agent not junior staff
We are finding if needing to send a message through to owners with attachments or a body of text that can be edited (eg. rent review/lease renewal suggestion ad hoc message) which is specific to their property the email message includes our admin as the sender. I think it is really important to have something like this coming from the person managing their property rather than the staff with less experience displayed as the person sending the message, it would also create less confusion so when they reply it comes straight back to the property manager

Maintenance - Add Creditor Details and Phone number to workorder
It would be helpful if the creditor details, name and TELEPHONE number are included on the workorder so when you cc the tenants they have the ability to follow up the creditor and ensure the job is booked in. Only currently able to add name of creditor

Additional fee triggers for automation
Please add additional trigger options for inspection fees!
Currently we either have to manually charge fees for each entry and exit inspection, or have the fee trigger set as 'inspection closed', which means every time we do a routine inspection and close it off it triggers 3 fees, the routine inspection fee, an entry inspection fee and a final inspection fee, which we then have to manually delete the two we don't need.... so either way, we're manually processing things!
Please consider adding extra triggers for the entry and final reports so that all fees can automate appropriately?

Customise User Access to a specific Trust Account
Ability to customise User Access to a specific Trust Account within the same PT database.
For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.12 votes -
tenant invoice - font options
Option to be able to increase font sizes on tenant invoices. I know not a lot of tenants get invoices posted anymore, but we have more and more elderly tenants who we have to mail invoices to and the print is too small for them to read. We have the option on Owner statement to do bigger print, can we look at option to offer bigger print on tenant invoices

Allow for room changes with existing tenants
We manage boarding houses/student accomodation and often tenants change rooms when they extending etc. Would love to see a feature to allow room changes for existing tenants.

Tags to be sorted alphabetically
Can tags be sorted alphabetically? When you add a tag, it just goes to the bottom of the list.

Display Property Manager next to Property in Strata Plan
When you open up the strata plan info in PT, it should have the who the Property Manager next to the list of properties we manage in that strata plan.

Have an option per User to allow for emails to be received outside of Property Tree
We use the communications platform for emails, which works for staff that are logged into Property Tree all day, however for users that don't access Property Tree regularly (ie, Directors), we want to be able to send an email(s) and know that if it's replied to that it will come back to our external email. We can currently only have this on or off for the whole company, but it needs to be available at a user level.

Merge field for bond held amount
Merge field for bond held amount
There is no available merge field right now for bond held amount from “PT’s Property Management mail merge fields”. This is to be added to mail merge templates we use. Please get this added so the amount appears in the templates we use on a daily basis.
Can bond held be also visible on the tenancy card overview alongside with rent weekly, paid to date, total arrears etc.?
This really would be of great help on my end & really important to our contracts preparation. Thank you

Rent roll date range
There isn't any function of Date Range for manage rent roll. We require this so that we can close the books of accounts with the accurate figures.
