  1. It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

  2. Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.

    Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

  3. Some tenants need reminding that rent has just dropped into arrears sooner than others, like repeat offenders, on the tenancy profile, where you can turn on or off rent arrears notices, it would be great to be able to quickly click a button that would send a rent arrears notice via email or text to only that tenant.

  4. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters.   5. Have an option to be able to set Automated Communications to remind tenants that their invoice is due soon. Ie, 3 days before, an email is triggered

  6. It would be great to see, Property Tree make all data fields availaible in Property Tree as merge fields in auto communications and e-mail/letter merge fields. Example being having the ability to show "Paid From" "Paid To" "Inhand Credit" "Effective Paid To" in the body of the auto receipt e-mail.

    Reasoning behind this is the tenants in QLD are shown an Effective date on their receipt that includes the In hand credit however this is not explained on the receipt and tenants get confused by this.

  7. When setting up an Auto Communication, it would be good to have an option to copy in the user/point of contact. I.e setting up lease expiry emails to tenants. It would be good to be alerted somehow when this email is automatically sent to tenants so we can follow up if there is no response.

  11. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

  12. With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
    As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants.   13. Currently arrears SMS messages are only sent when set up ie day 3 and 7. A way where the arrears messages could be send daily from day 3 for example, so that we dont have to set up 15 different SMS daily messages in the auto communications tab. This would benefit if there are any serial offenders or tribunal matters where it may go over 15 days, as they currently just STOP getting alerted at all which makes it worse.

  19. PT is very hard to read when you put a email / note in the notes section and it makes it go into a paragraph. Not easy it this is needed to be printed for some reason. Would be good for it to save as it is put in there.
