  1. Currently you can only send automated comms from a User, Point of Contact or Company. However when you have 2x people working on one property, various comms should be sent from either user.
    There should be an ability in PT to send from business role in the agency.

  2. Have separate Automated Communications for Tenancy Invoices and Commercial Rent & Budgeted Outgoings Invoices. Residential and Commercial often have different requirements/needs and hence users need to be able to customize those templates to those requirements

  3. When receiving multiple attachments in an email received in the Communication Platform, to be able to download all files in one function rather than one at a time. Also if there could be an option of saving the images to the Document Management or into a Maintenance request.

  4. There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

  5. Would like to have an automated welcome email sent to new ownership's once new profile is added to PT. We should be able to create a custom template letter.

  7. I recommend adding a lease review reminder 3 months before a lease ends to avoid human error.

    This will give us le-way time to conduct a rental appraisal, negotiate with the owner etc.

    I want to avoid accidentally overlooking a lease renewal to avoid going periodic.

    With the new QLD tenancy laws this would be very handy as it could cause a problematic situation if it does go Periodic.

  10. Add merge fields into the Tenancies in Arrears automated communications to include the ownership name and tenancy lease start date so that Notice to Remedy can be sent as an auto communication instead of bulk mail merge.

  11. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  12. At the moment the portal communications are only accessible via the envelope tab. It would be very helpful to have the comms saved in several locations in Property Tree, i.e. under the tenant/ owner tab

  13. Add BCC to the communication platform so the "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication

  14. Ability to live chat with owners and tenants, and have that conversation recorded in PropertyTree. Be able to select when in office, away or busy with option to suggest response/quick response to common queries

  15. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  17. Can we please have a $ threshold in PT that we can set so tenants that are only a small amount (say $1) in arrears are not sent reminders. Also can we please have the ability to select 1 tenant to be the main contact re arrears messages.

  19. When sending an email, or maintenance job it would be great to be able to have a list of known contacts appear that can be copied into the email. So if this was maintenance for a property you could chose to copy in the owner and/or tenant (and their email would appear to select), also any company contact, so the Property Manager could be copied into the email too.

  20. Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.
    We need to be able to actually see what is going out.
