  1. It would be great if the communications tab could be expanded to include a record of phone calls. I know a note could be created, but all communication events should really be in the one place.

    Currently you can see all emails and text messages that have been sent but having the ability to manually add a record of a conversation would really complete this feature.

    The communications tab could then be enhanced with an option to filter by 'category'.

  2. Could there be a way to save the edited version of a Merge Letter? The letter template only is saved into Communications so no record is kept of what was actually typed and sent.

  3. Currenting in the Communications you can filter assigned to me or company, we are a larger office with 5 portfolio's it would assist with being able to filter by portfolio. 1 to monitor each portfolio on how they are tracking with response. 2 if a staff member is off sick or on leave another team member can filter there communications and action accordingly.

Instead of the standard 'Find Out More' link that takes everyone (PM's Tenants and Owners) to the same webpage of Property Tree, create bespoke Property Tree Landing pages that detail features and benefits to Tenants/ Owners etc. The current page it takes users to is a sales page for Property Tree and so more suitable to prospective agencies and PM's.
    Or, simply remove this link in the invitation emails as the email text itself tells owners the benefits of the system for them.

  6. Now we are trying to keep all emails in Property Tree, it is critical that we are able to send emails of all lengths, including those with more than 4000 characters. We currently can't send an email greater than 4000 characters!

  7. When half way through an email in Communications, being able to go out of the communications and the email saving as a draft rather than losing it all together

  8. We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

  9. Allowing external parties who are not on your contact list to email your propertytree inbox. This allows for Councils etc to email your mailbox with rates notices. PropertyMe allows this and its hard to live without

  10. Please increase the font choices when sending mail from PT. Most of the font options there are not professional or useful. The standard 'System Font' is converted to Times New Roman which isn't appealing to the eye.

  11. Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  14. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  17. we oversee entire complexes and sometimes we need to email all tenants regarding certain things that require a photo being sent - currently have to attach a photo to a Word doc and then add it as an attachment.
    It would be great to be able to just paste it into the body of the email so I know it's easy to be seen by the recipient.

  19. To be able to have the mail merge list show the tenancy name as well as recipient as it is easier to recognize the tenant name in the case of commercial tenancies, ie, the business name, not the contact person

  20. We would like the ability to send automated communication from different team members working within a portfolio. For instance, we have a few super PODs / Portfolios where the Senior PM liaises with the owners and the PM deals with the tenants so ideally the arrears and routine inspections should come from the PM not the SPM. Surely this is a common issue - would be great to have some flexibility here.
