  1. during "Create Receipt" for "Tenancy" - allow a message to be emailed along with the generated receipt.

    For example, we can remind tenant to pay outstanding invoices, or balance due to vacating date.

  2. Have been using Ad Hoc emails and adding a second email address to get a copy emailed to additional tenants etc - but that doesn’t show up in the Communications or Print View (and it really should). Otherwise we have no record that the email went to both email addresses.

  3. When filtering for a Mail Merge there should be an option when you have the list of properties to be able to sort or further filter down to a street name or something similar then when you press send maybe have the option to check who is being sent to, that way you don't accidentally send to the wrong property.

  4. When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

  5. I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.

  7. Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.

    You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

  8. Just as tenants are emailed invoices, there should be an automated email when cancelling said invoice so there is no need to do extra emailing for notification of the reason for cancellation.

  9. It would be most efficient if we could set a task to follow up on something at the same time as an email. The task could then be attached to the email so you could easily open the email at the time you are completing the task

  10. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  11. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  12. It would be great if cntacts being set up could receive certain communications such as an automatic chck box which you can remove some communicatiuons for. We have lots of tenants who have their accounts managed by others or tenants who hold a lease like a company and they put their workers in there. The workers need entry notices and tenant info but not invoices or arrears notices and things. Being able to separate the communication for each tenant as needed would be really beneficial to effective client management and client satisfaction.

  13. Could the option to select a merge field while typing an ad-hoc email be added, without the need to select a template? We lease a few homes to one single company and it would be very beneficial to have the Property Address merge field so we can add it to the subject line or in the body of text. Thank you.

  14. When a tenant puts in maintenance or correspondence through the portal, the notifications pops up in the Property managers inbox at the top right. If that person is away and no one is login into their profile then no one lese knows about it.
    It would be great if we can put an out of office or something in so the notification goes to someone so important maintenance doesn't get missed.

  17. When setting up auto-communications, can an email and SMS be triggered to go on the same trigger day? Currently they can't be triggered to be sent on the same day which is useful for arrears and scheduling inspections

  18. Can you please add in auto communication the ability to send emails on a specific dates to owners / tenants?

    For example each year we send the tenants a bulk communication for the following:
    *Reticulation should be turned off today due to water corporation rules.
    *Water should be turned on today as the sprinkler ban is over.

    It would be great to be able to create custom templates in auto communication based on a specific date / need for owners and or tenants so you can set and forget.

    Currently we have auto comms set up but there does not…

  19. Have an area in communications for staff to communicate important information regarding the property/tenant so everyone can see what is happening, eg "advised plumber that the owner authorised replacement of hwu". Everyone can see that it has been actioned.

  20. To have the option to have a second email address noted as a secondary email so an email can be sent to two owners and not all emails or just the primary email address when creating and sending a bulk mail merge.
