  4. Question asked are inconsistent in their formatting across browser and mobile app. For example, question for expected duration on site from kiosk/QR code is asking for duration in minutes whereas in the mobile application is asking 24h time.

  6. Is there a plan in the future to have a READ only access to the portal for employees and their profile. Eg. Employees can log in and see their profile including certs and inductions but not be able to edit anything? Looks like there is only EDIT or nothing.

  7. NEW PLACEHOLDER FOR TRIGGERS (EVENT_DATE)

    The main problem is that there is NO placeholder for DATE e.g. meaning the Data of visit / when the visitor is coming.

    Summary:
    Customer would like to have email when pre-registration is done
    Email should include, name, organization, email address, phone number and TIME and DATE of the EVENT/VISIT.

    Please add a new placeholder to be used:
    EVENTDATE or VISITOREVENT_DATE

  8. We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

  9. Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

    Hi Martyna,

    What device are you using for your kiosk?

    Showing sign-in questions all in one screen is available as a setting for PC kiosks. Due to the size of the screen and need for touch controls it is not currently supported on iPad kiosks. I will leave this open for votes as we gather requirements for future kiosk improvements.

  11. We have staff who act in roles at different locations who have an "end" date. It would be useful to be able to enter a date when the employee needs to move to a new location or return to their substantive location.

    In the meantime, as a workaround you can setup these employees as Contractors and use temporary location access in the organisation page on their profile.

  12. Pre-invitation emails language

    It would be nice to send pre-invitation emails in a different language without changing the default language setting.

    Make a dropdown menu to choose the language you wish to send the pre-invitation email.

  14. We use the value field within the Contracts for an organization. This field is not available within the report. This is the only field that is not available. It would be great if this could be added. Our finance team would find this very beneficial.

  15. When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:

    1. A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
    2. The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

  16. I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.

    I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.

    This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

  17. Communication radios use a function called Man Down, if a radio gets in an horizontal position, it sends an automated SOS message to a Monitoring Center, indication a possible accident of the person using the radio. That's because, maybe the person is so injured that cannot send the message by its own.

    Could be a way to configure a mobile App function to get an alarm trigger same as this radio function?

  18. You should consider making OnSentry full online. We've been receiving many complaints from the customer, when using two or more CipherLab unis in the same location, due to its offline development; for example, if a contractor sign-in through an Access Point and, in a short time he/she try to sign-out through the other AP, the OnSentry set or placed in that area registers another sign-in for the same contractor, then, the security guy try to update database manually, but, is the Db is too heavy, the unit takes a long time to get Db updated.

    We are currently in the process of making improvements to OnLocation mobile to allow it to perform same tasks as OnSentry. These developments will take effect in the course of next 12 months.

    We will consider how to improve the offline experience in this process. Thanks.

  20. Background:
    In Europe all companies will be met by a new legislation that will impose the duty to digitally register the total amount of work time for ANY emplyee, month by month.

    This will open a brand new market to us. Not just in DK, but all over Europe actually. I have JUST met with a new potential customer that REALLY want to do business with us, but one tine thing is missing in ONL, to make it comply with this legislation.

    In the law it is stated that ANY employee MUST be able to access the registred data somehow.…

    Hello Martin, thank you for the submission.


    This is a great idea. We do have this in our roadmap however its scheduling is still a work in progress In essence our plan is to support a user being able to see a summary of their own 'time on site' for the last day, week, month, year. We plan on making these insights available via the mobile app (OnLocation Mobile) and via their dashboard if they login via desktop browser.


    Note; OnLocation Mobile is a free mobile app for your employees and we support iOS and Android). I will leave your idea open even though its in the roadmap as other users may wish to contribute to your idea.
