  2. For the properties that do have compliance already, is it possible to create a compliance template fields that gets created and sent out automatically at the end of the compliance expiry to the landlords?

  3. Firstly, a new owner shouldn't not receive any payments until the settlement date has been reached. Any funds should be automatically held until the actual settlement date has surpassed. We have had an instance, where an owner received rental payments well before the property had actually settled, the settlement date subsequently changed and made it very hard to change the change of ownership date, not to mention that the owner didn't legally own the property at the time of getting the funds. Secondly, there should be a function allowing you to edit the change of ownership date.

  5. Most agencies use Agentbox, can propertytree please link to Agentbox and upload all current and new owners every 24hrs like mailchimp.

  6. I am an electrical contractor. Some of our customers use PropertyTree, some use other programs.
    With Property Tree the creditor statements come through as a link to the PDF in the email body rather than a PDF attached to the email like other programs like Property Me do.
    Because Property Tree creditor remittance emails do not have an attached PDF we have to manually download the PDF and then on-send into our accounting software. With other propgrams we can auto-forward without the need to do it manually.
    Can you please provide your customers with an option to send the creditor…

  7. We would love the ability to choose the frequency of an owner statement dependent on our owner's requests. Eg. we have owners that only want 1 statement per month, but want a mid-month and end of month payment, so receive 2 statements, and other owners that are happy to receive 2 statements per month. This selection could be saved on the owner profile so when processing the owner payments, it would only need to be run once and Property Tree would know the owner preferences.

  14. With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this?   17. Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

  18. If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.
