PropertyTree should upload current owners/landlords to Agentbox every 24hrs
Most agencies use Agentbox, can propertytree please link to Agentbox and upload all current and new owners every 24hrs like mailchimp.

Creditor statement as PDF attachment
I am an electrical contractor. Some of our customers use PropertyTree, some use other programs.
With Property Tree the creditor statements come through as a link to the PDF in the email body rather than a PDF attached to the email like other programs like Property Me do.
Because Property Tree creditor remittance emails do not have an attached PDF we have to manually download the PDF and then on-send into our accounting software. With other propgrams we can auto-forward without the need to do it manually.

Star ratings for energy efficiencies - Documentation location
With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this? Tabs remain visible when scrolling
Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

Multiple property access for tenants in portal
If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.

holiday accomadation
In Jurien Bay we have 19 Holiday properties, simply I think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to type the name they have given their properties then the whole address.
As what is advertised on the website sometimes gives a different address or causes confusion for the guests, I think for both the office and holiday goers it would speed up process and make our workflow a lot easier.

Tenant invoicing - and Notes
Would like to be able to see a note against the tenant/invoice that is pinned - For example, when invoicing a creditor (such as SA WATER) andinvoicing a tenant at the same time, the notes that is pinned does not show. This only shows if you are creating a tenancy invoice.

Pet Inspections .
New pet laws NSW - having the option to carry out a pet inspection 3 months after the pet is approved and being able to track this would be very beneficial.
We all delay routine inspections but we would not delay a pet inspection and having this labeled and trackable would help5 votes -
Archiving Mail Merge Templates
Option to deactivate/archive a mail merge template without deleting it from the templates in full. At present having to rename so it drops to the bottom of the template list.

Ownership Receipt
When receipting to an ownership in the Tenant Download screen, it would be helpful if after searching the ownership, it clearly showed the related managed property to ensure accuracy.
