  1. REI intergration - It should grab the "ownership name" not the ownership contact name. This leads to incorrect info populating which is less than helpful

  3. Can we have the option to change the background colour as currently it is very bright even though we reduce the brightness on the screen. The old Rest system used to let us do that.

  5. We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

  6. We would like the ability to have the ''pinned'' items open by choice so that they appear at the top of the screen, perfect when we have to remember something like ''partner died, don't call him they broke up"

  7. In Sales, we need to be able to enter a Sale date and a Proposed Settlement date, and finally the Settlement date once this happens.

  8. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  10. Can Property Tree tasks and schedules integrate and populate into google or apple calendar similar to what VaultRE does with open homes (I.E when an open home is scheduled in VaultRE this sync/showed in our apple calendar)

  12. It is annoying that when you edit a tenancy invoice for whatever reason that the system cancels the original and creates a new invoice. You should just be able to edit it and I don't understand why you can't.

When setting up details in the Property Tab the system only has Outgoings as the other option for income and groups this altogether under Budgeted Outgoings with the Description allowing you to put in a description ie. Outgoings; Car Parking; Storage; Signage etc. From the Tenant card when the Amount for actual Budgeted Outgoings and also Car Parking (for example) are entered, the amounts are all then totalled under Outgoings Amount and displayed like this on the Owner Statement. These should NOT be grouped together as Car Parking, Signage etc are a separate income stream and not classed as Outgoings…

  14. Current statements do not include invoices, rather they are a separate document. Landlords have suggested to us that they would like to see their statements include invoices from creditors shown in the same pdf document as their month end statement.

  15. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  16. List the company name, p[hone and email address of the strata manager who is looking after the building in the event that works or reporting items that are on the common property

    we should be able to keep the authority end date as is and have a separate field for the lost management date
