  1. An issue with entering Marketing & Sundries fees is there is no capability of entering further information pertaining to the individual charge .... ie, date expense incurred. This would be useful if you for example have multiple newpaper adverts over a period of so many months. The Sellers want to know exactly when these charges occured, not when the charge was disbursed in Property Tree.

  4. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.

  5. Breach and Terminations notices would be useful to be shown on Rental Ledgers.

    Tribunal reports are not shared with PMs on references, Rental ledgers need to be the main source of arrears and breach notices information.

    This would give clear insight to Property Managers when looking at an applicants history, and on a business internal view, a snapshot of the tenants history of breaches and termination notices.

  6. Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

  7. We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)

    It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

  8. When entering in bond information, we should be able to send a bond invoice, like a rental invoice.
    if not paid, it should also be noted on the invoices sent out to the tenant that it is due/overdue

  10. On the dashboard have an inspection summary.

    Show stats like:
    Inspections Overdue (Confirmed and passed their inspection date)
    Inspections incomplete (Tentative and passed tentative date)
    Inspections confirmed for the next 30, 60 & 90 days;
    Inspections cancelled per month
    Properties with no inspections
    Number of days since last inspection closed

  11. Owners that receive correspondence by post don't have their EOFY statements saved against the owner profile anywhere for easy reproduction/ viewing. It would be great if they auto save in communications or documents when being created at end of year.

  13. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  16. The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

  18. Rent Calculator is useless, it does not allow to calculate the rent or tells what is the paid to date. Eg. Please refer to PropertyMe Rent Calculator, it does have much more features on the rent calculator than PropertyTree.

  20. We would love to have a rent review field and a mergefor it, so when we use our email /letter templates the figure will merge - would streamline the whole rent review/lease expiry process for our team
