  1. Rather than having to go through a tenant's ledger with them, it would be handy for tenants to have the number of days and amount of arrears displayed on the tenancy ledger, also perfect for property managers processing tenancy applications with ledgers from other agents using Property Tree. No need to go through every transaction in the ledgers if these are displayed, makes life easier.

  3. We need to be able to see the due dates of tenant invoices when receipting rent. For example, when we receipt money to a tenancy and we have more then one tenant fee, we cant see a due date so we dont know which one to pay first. There is no invoice number either so we cant check in the tenant profile before receipting.

  5. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  6. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  8. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important

  9. Be able to enter a permanent note on inspection reports ie Dangerous Dog @ Property. Also some form of automation for maintence so trades are aware. Especially helpful if staff do not usually attend the property. Even if it was a pinned note but instead of selecting the current options of PPty Note, Ppty receipt or Creditor/Tenancy it could be an inspection or maintenance pinned note.

  10. To have a notes option in the columns of rent reviews. We can make a note advising if we have actioned or to see the recommendation at a glance. We can also easily distinguish the ones we have actioned.
    This is already a feature on the inspection summary page.

  11. MMS - Being able to have an image on an SMS blasts. I want to be able to send an SMS to clients with an image in the SMS, at the moment you can only put a link in.

  12. Charge rent monthly based strictly on the number of days in each individual month e.g. January = 31 days, February = 28 days, etc...

    To be able to calculate a mid-cycle increase directly rather than a workaround.

  15. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

  16. Particularly for apartments in the CBD where the car park numbers often differ from the unit numbers(e.g. #217, on level B3 ). We add the information in the note for our reference. If the information could be found out at one glance in the property tab, that would be helpful for PM, and it won't be easily missed. Thank you.

  17. I believe Property Tree should introduce a feature that automatically sends rent arrears emails to renters once rent is overdue beyond a nominated number of days (X), and continues sending reminders until the payment is received. We have been advised that reminders currently require manual configuration by entering specific days for each email to be sent, which is quite impractical and inefficient.

  18. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  20. Notices on the tenancy profile to suspend arrears communications for rent and invoices.
    It would be nice to have a Description: section to add comments as to why this has been activated. (much like the termination one below it, we have to enter a reason)

    It allows any user to understand why it has been turned off or suspended for a period of time.
