  1. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

    OR better way to search communications.

  2. Create a report so that a department head (administrator) can search for arrears which are suspended indefinitely. This would be highly valuable as suspended arrears can compromise the legal position of an agency if serious tenant default occurs, and can compromise the owner's insurance position.

  4. It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

  5. We would love the ability to choose the frequency of an owner statement dependent on our owner's requests. Eg. we have owners that only want 1 statement per month, but want a mid-month and end of month payment, so receive 2 statements, and other owners that are happy to receive 2 statements per month. This selection could be saved on the owner profile so when processing the owner payments, it would only need to be run once and Property Tree would know the owner preferences.

  6. When a tenancy is vacating and you select 'lease break', a label shows up at the top of the tenancy profile, which is good; however, once the move out date has been reached, the label changes to 'vacated'. Is there anyway 'lease break' can remain there as well?

  9. I am an electrical contractor. Some of our customers use PropertyTree, some use other programs.
    With Property Tree the creditor statements come through as a link to the PDF in the email body rather than a PDF attached to the email like other programs like Property Me do.
    Because Property Tree creditor remittance emails do not have an attached PDF we have to manually download the PDF and then on-send into our accounting software. With other propgrams we can auto-forward without the need to do it manually.
    Can you please provide your customers with an option to send the creditor…

  12. With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this?   13. Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

  15. In Jurien Bay we have 19 Holiday properties, simply I think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to type the name they have given their properties then the whole address.
    As what is advertised on the website sometimes gives a different address or causes confusion for the guests, I think for both the office and holiday goers it would speed up process and make our workflow a lot easier.

  17. Allow the 3 inspection notification's to be sent to tenants in all inspection settings. Currently they stop on proposal, second and third reminder are not sent unless the inspection is manually changed to confirm.

  18. This would involve adding a "Position" field into the "Update User Details" page and then a {CurrentUser_Position} field into the mail merge template.
    It would allow more flexibility when generating emails.

  19. New pet laws NSW - having the option to carry out a pet inspection 3 months after the pet is approved and being able to track this would be very beneficial.
    We all delay routine inspections but we would not delay a pet inspection and having this labeled and trackable would help

  20. Can Creditor information please be added to the mail merge fields? We need to contact Creditors, and currently I can only have their name OR their Company name. We obviously need both and I can only personalise it by name or Company - so I have to choose whether to acknowledge them or put their business on any correspondence. This means I have to do these emails separately and modify each one.

    This would also be very helpful to create templates to follow up work orders, etc.
