  1. Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

  2. Change of ownerships should override invoices due and hold funds for old ownerships. And should be for property manager to instruct to settle invoices to complete for change over to ensure funds that are owed to new ownerships aren't paid to invoices.
    Its almost impossible to keep track of when you have a number settling and bills like water, rates and strata levies are ongoing.

  3. Ability to have a report with everything and then filter out what isn't needed (like REST export). PropertyTree is very limited on what can be exported and needs more fields available

  4. I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.

  5. When you enter "Next Rent Review" date, you automatically get an alert reminder when that day has been reached, because currently you have to manually enter an alert under notes or pull a rent review report, an automatic reminder would be more simple and user friendly.

  6. Will Property Tree have the option of doing all inspections through Property Tree so we dont need to have another program for Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine inspections.

  7. Reports for inspections dont need to show the cancelled ones- we should be able to remove them from the report.

    Note: Currently you can filter to just see "routine" inspections (excluding ingoings and outgoings), and the "in progress" Status, however this will exclude closed inspections from the report alongside cancelled. 

  8. It would be ideal if Business Insights could provide an Average fee amounts in $. for a selected period as part of their Fees reporting. eg Average Letting Fee by $

  9. Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.

    You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

  10. Make the action note pop up bigger.

  11. When you want to look up a painter for example and do not have any names, you cannot find without a name of the tradesperson or company

  12. Sometimes rent is receipted twice due admin error and tenants think they are well ahead therefore it is important for tenants to be notified of their new paid to date.

  13. Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

  14. When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

  15. It would be a good idea to have a space listing all your terminated properties on the vacancy dashboard so you can see not only your vacating but also your 90 day termos coming up etc.

  16. Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

  17. Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be able to be sent to all/multiple tenants not just the primary tenant (as this option is available when entering a single tenant invoice).

  18. When recording email threads that have been sent through another platform, such as Gmail, there is limited room in the notes to paste/document this conversation which makes it difficult for record keeping.

  19. This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).
