Option to auto-upload documents to Owner/Tenant Portal

Addition of an option to have documents such as lease agreements & routine inspection reports completed in Inspection Express to not only auto-feed back into PropertyTree but for such documents to be auto-ticked to be 'visible on portal'.

    I know that some of my clients would love this functionality, and it would be great to see this considered for a future release. Document management is increasingly important within the Property Management space.

    Also notices and lease documents generated via integrations to auto feed back into PT as a document and auto ticked so they are visible on portal.

    Further to my comment below, could we ask that the category of the document is registered in the back end of the system as an auto add to a policy, eg (owner invoice, routine reports, statements for owners and lease agreements, bond lodgements, entry condition reports for tenants?

    Couldnt agree more! Compliance documents, by category (lease agreement, invoices, etc).
    This service is provided by Property Me, would be great to have in the MRI software!

    All documents, invoices and everything processed on their behalf, should b e visible to the owner through their portals. this should include all PI's and statements

    When documents are loading against a property I think they should be immediately visible to the owner. Right now it seem you need to go into each property/ownership and tick the visibility section.

    Could there be an automated option to tick "Visible on portal" for document categories?

    Eg - Owner Invoices - Always visible on portal, Tenant Routines - Always visible on portal?

    When uploading invoices or documents we have noticed that we have to manually keep ticking "visible to owners"
    we would like to default option whereby all documents uploaded are defaulted as being visible to owners.
