We've looked into this issue and Microsoft has replied: We regret to inform you that the drag-and-drop functionality for emails is currently not supported in the new Outlook for Windows due to design limitations.
This is an issue outside of Property Tree. We will continue to monitor the new outlook features as they are updated.

Update: Additional fields have been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down under Communications History to give you more details on email delivery status, this is available to you now. We are continuing to investigate other areas to better notify you of any sending failures.

Would be great to have a field within the covering automated email with payment details. Namely, the DEFT reference number and biller code. Bank account details are not an option.....
