This enhancement would be valuable for retaining key tenancy details (such as lease term and bond information) while accurately reflecting the frequent ‘change of shared tenancy’ scenarios in Residential Property Management.
Introducing a dedicated ‘change of shared tenancy’ functionality will significantly improve visibility for Property Managers, enabling them to track tenancy changes more effectively and maintain accurate records.

I know that some of my clients would love this functionality, and it would be great to see this considered for a future release. Document management is increasingly important within the Property Management space.
