As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. When documents are loading against a property I think they should be immediately visible to the owner. Right now it seem you need to go into each property/ownership and tick the visibility section.

Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? I would love a quicker way to sign keys in and out - maybe like the "Contacts App" where keys can be signed out/assigned quickly. I saw another agency had a barcode system and they could scan the keys to particular trades and then scan them back in.
