1. Would love for a compliance tab and the ability to add categories, and expiry date and also reminder date - would love the reminder date brought back for all compliance categories including proeprty compliance2. Warning when raised against a maintenance job

Value of public liabilty would be great to see at a glance as some organisations have a minimum limit for trade to compelte work

An error occurred while saving the comment also add the option for other inspection type - ie recheck, prevacate etc atm we need to add as routine when it is not a routine - allows clarity around the type of inspections and if staff away they can immediately see on the screen what type of inspection has been carried out - ie a recheck indicates an issue

Always have issues if a vacated tenant is now renting with our agency again and they want to use the portal. When they login they receive old ppty info not current. We should not need to unarchive and link the profiles for them to have access. Same when a LL changes their email address - it is time consuming and sometimes the issues persist and we need to create a new profile etc.
