    IN Portals messages is there any way the development team can look at changing the colour of the review the request on the owner portal (maintenance) font to something darker - it is extremely light and alot of people struggle with it especially when it is much smaller on the screen. The link to view the maintanence is in white font on a grey background ands is difficult for most people to see. It needs to be a darker font

    Always have issues if a vacated tenant is now renting with our agency again and they want to use the portal. When they login they receive old ppty info not current. We should not need to unarchive and link the profiles for them to have access. Same when a LL changes their email address - it is time consuming and sometimes the issues persist and we need to create a new profile etc.

    Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -


    1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?


    2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent? 


    Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?

    1. Would love for a compliance tab and the ability to add categories, and expiry date and also reminder date - would love the reminder date brought back for all compliance categories including proeprty compliance

    2. Warning when raised against a maintenance job

    Be able to record multiple insurer details,
    policy number
    expiry date.
    A reminder date be added back in for ALL compliance items.
    Value of public liabilty would be great to see at a glance as some organisations have a minimum limit for trade to compelte work

    also add the option for other inspection type - ie recheck, prevacate etc atm we need to add as routine when it is not a routine - allows clarity around the type of inspections and if staff away they can immediately see on the screen what type of inspection has been carried out - ie a recheck indicates an issue
