Have commercial invoices attached as PDF, not a link
With automated invoice processing becoming more common, we have an increasing amount of commercial tenants requesting invoices be attached to an email as a PDF as well as a link in the email itself?

We're pleased to advise that Tenancy Invoices and Tenancy Receipts will now be sent from Property Tree as a PDF attachment. Check out the release notes or product update video for more details. It's recommended you update your Invoice and Receipt templates under Automated Communications > Accounts.

Excellent idea! I would also like to see LL statements as a PDF with the invoices for the month included in the same PDF doc.

yes please - I have some people who 'won't' click links because they are afraid of scams and viruses...

This would be so good. We have to manually send some invoices to larger companies as their systems require a PDF.
