    Yes please. This would prevent so many 1 and 2 day overdue invoices and rent. Even if it was an option to turn on automations, it would make arrears chasing so much more proactive!

    Yes. This would make a huge difference. We often need to reallocate receipts to the correct invoice. More parameters around the receipting rules for commercial tenancies would be so helpful and cause less frustration for commercial lessees.

    Yes please. This would be so wonderful as so many tenants advise that they forgot it was coming up for due and then get annoyed when they get an overdue notice. Please implement this as an option in automated communications.

    This will save so much time when following up tenants and owners. To have to go via the communications platform is a very slow process. It would save time for all the team when following up or replying to emails.

    This update is absolutely crucial for our workflow. Right now, it’s extremely difficult to distinguish between lease renewals that are due and those that have already been approved to move to periodic, which is causing unnecessary confusion and slowing down our processes.

    Could you please prioritise updating this in PT and move it up the list of scheduled improvements?

    It would also be incredibly helpful if this information could be added to the Tenancy Card, so it’s immediately visible and clear to anyone viewing the tenancy.

    Thanks so much—this change will make a significant difference to daily operations.

    We're pleased to advise that the ability to have a text style email signature saved for email use is currently in development. This will be alongside the existing user and company banner options. We'll let you know once this is released.

    Where is this one at in development? We invoice commercial owners for advertising regularly and need to have them pay the trust account for this before we can advertise their property. We need to be able to create an invoice to send to an owner for fees charged. Please develop this! Thank you.

    This is vital for Commercial Ownerships. Especially for advertising invoices. We can only raise a charge which appears on the statement, but I would like that fee to be able to be printed as an invoice. PLEASE create this functionality like you have for fees for tenants! Thank you.
