    Yes please! This would be so handy for scheduled catch ups with Landlords, following up of compliance issues, outgoings reconciliations, tenant check ins. Arrears. Please make these possible.

    PLEASE add a pet section! It makes it very difficult to a tenant is not breaching a lease if we cannot easily check if a pet is approved.

    Yes please this would make a huge difference. If we had a pet field, it would make routine inspections easier also!

    This is vital for Commercial Ownerships. Especially for advertising invoices. We can only raise a charge which appears on the statement, but I would like that fee to be able to be printed as an invoice. PLEASE create this functionality like you have for fees for tenants! Thank you.

    Yes! So important. It is difficult to chase a tenant for arrears when it is not clear at all how much a tenant is in arrears or how often they have been in arrears in the past.

    This would make a huge difference, especially for those tenants that have recently had a rent increase or those that pay odd rent amounts.

    Please show the weekly rent amount on their receipt.

    Please add a communication tab on vendor and purchaser contacts. It is very hard to track the emails sent out!

    When scheduling routines, it would be good to have a flag to show there is a note on a routine inspection. Often the team put notes in saying it's a reinspect, or owner wants to be present, but when I schedule the routines, I have to look in every tennantite inspection before scheduling. This is not efficient and sometimes I need to know if an inspection cannot be moved or changed. Or if it is booked in with an owner.
