Pinned notes for invoice genius
I have a note pinned to a property not to enter any creditor invoices, but when I process through invoice genius that pinned note doesn't appear anywhere. I think it would be great to have this link, we almost lost an owner due to an invoice being processed from her rent

When entering notes and pinning to profile pop up rather than just be pinned (so all staff are aware)

Rent review dates automatically updates when entering a new amount in rent schedule
Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

Pinned Notes Options
We would like the ability to have the ''pinned'' items open by choice so that they appear at the top of the screen, perfect when we have to remember something like ''partner died, don't call him they broke up"

Ability to Delete a Note
It would be good to have the ability to delete a note on an owner or tenancy file. Currently if I accidentally create a note to the wrong file I can't delete it, only edit it to say note created in error

Checklists to attach to profiles
Checklists - it would be great to have checklists available to attach to either an owner, property or tenant for new managements, lost managements, new tenancies, break leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants etc. If we could customise them to suit the business and they attach to the corresponding event. Setup same as merge mail templates so it is easy to adopt your own procedures.

Task/workflow management
In Property Management there are core functions such as listings, applications, entries, reviews/renewals, vacates and maintenance that are the basis of managing a portfolio. Therefore, if we use these as a basis, it then comes back to how is this managed, what does a process look like and what is required within the core function. Essentially, this is being able to categorise a task, i.e., lease renewal and then work on this task with all necessary updates, correspondence and documentation contained within. Task Tile on Dashboard
Task assignment with due date. Can be attached to either property, tenant or owner. To be added to Dashboard, so PM will see what is due that day as soon as they logged in. Also has audit trail and can be assigned to another staff member, as required.

Show a warning when a user is trying to create a creditor invoice for a property that is marked as lost.

Archive Tasks once set to Done
With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

Creditor Invoice Breakdown Screen
On the creditor invoice breakdown screen, it would be good to see a traffic light system highlighted on the $ amount.
Green = enough funds in owners account to pay it.
Amber = enough funds in owner account however there are other priority bills to pay so there may not be enough money to pay this creditor now.
Red = not enough funds in owner account to pay this bill now.9 votes -

Alerts in Invoice Genius
I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

Include a property detail notes tab
Property main tab - Details mini tab - Property details section - Add notes option here.
This is where specific information for properties can be added such as meter locations, inclusions/exclusions and general information for each individual property making accessing this information easy in the one place.6 votes -
Alerts on files
Property ME has the option to have an alert on the renter, property and owner screen right in front of you, rather then searching for pinned notes/alerts.
