Assign or Filter Workflows and Tasks by Portfolio
A great enhancement would be the ability to assign workflows and tasks to a Portfolio or Team rather than requiring assignment to a specific user.
For example, our leasing tasks are shared across a dedicated leasing team, and we do not assign an individual Leasing Agent to each property profile. If a workflow task is assigned to the Leasing Agent business role, it would be ideal for the notification to be available to all members of the leasing team, enabling the first available team member to action the task.
