    It would be great if there was a badge displayed on a profile to distinguish if there was a workflow template in place.

    Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen. Particularly for a Workflow that needs to be completed on the same day.

    To be able to bulk assign current tasks to workflows. E.g A task for Lease Renewal with a due date set etc. Can be converted to a workflow for easier and less error on missing out key tasks or items. The due date to be pulled from the task and straight into the workflows.

    As an agency with a big portfolio, it saves time and effectiveness to have those bulk updated/ assigned whereas going into each tenancy profile to add a workflow.

    Can the workflows feed into Agora and BI reporting?

    Automated workflows created for Rent Reviews where it generated based on Next Rent Review Date.

    Automated workflows created for when a New Tenant based on Trigger New Tenancy profile created.

    Automated workflows created for vacating tenants when a Vacate is entered and have it based on a Vacate, Termination or Break of Lease.

    Being able to have tasks generated when a specific task is completed but not in the Locked mode. We have multiple tasks being completed by specific team members but the tasks can all be done at one. If I leave the workflow open and not locked, it generates all the tasks. I cannot set due dates for every task, we need more flexibility BUT not make it more manual and complicated.

    Being able to choose templates to use in tasks (for in the description section) would be very beneficial for our business.
