Add a tenancy document-status checklist for departing tenants
When a tenant vacates, property managers need a clear checklist of documents and statuses to close out: final inspection, keys returned, bond, and any visa or residency paperwork where the tenant is relocating overseas. A built-in tenancy document-status checklist in Property Tree would help: one place to record each item, who confirmed it, and the date, with a reminder when an item is still outstanding. Please add a reusable checklist template per tenancy, with status filters and an export for the final vacate record.
