Automated Key Return Reminder
It would be great if there was a way to have an automated message sent to individuals that have logged keys out as a reminder to return them. Something similar to the below (both text and email would be great)

This is a courtesy email confirming the keys collected are now past their due back date.
Details as follows:
To be returned:

ADDRESS
Collected by:
NAME
Collected on:
30/05/2025 at 1:00 PM
Please return the keys back to our office as matter of urgency or contact on 02 XXXX XXXX to discuss.
