  1. When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

  2. It would be beneficial to be able to print out induction/training documents within OnLocation. This is required for FENZ Evac Schemes and workers that do not have email or mobiles. It would be easier than taking screen shots. Thanks

  3. Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

  4. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  5. Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

  6. We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.

    A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.

    I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…

  7. Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

  8. More flexible options for induction notifications. The ability to set notification options per induction instead of for all inductions. The ability to receive fail notifications only, instead of both pass and fail notifications. This would cut down on the number of emails we receive - we only need to know if there's been a problem.

  9. At one location we may have 4 different kiosks set up with deliveries + use deliveries within Sign in/out manager. On the reporting there is no way to show the different areas they were logged?

  10. We change our background image on 21 kiosks every month. Currently I have to change each one individually. I'd love to be able to do a Global change - much like there are now Global Questions. Same for other branding / colours, fonts etc

  11. Amend the Evacuation text to mention the created zone because some staff members consistently move around the site such as the yard team and maintenance team, meaning they could be in any zone. Therefore, when I create an event, I always include these individuals. It would be beneficial for them to know the specific zone we are evacuating. If they are not in that zone at that moment, they do not need to evacuate.

  12. My site has 63 Locations that must be billed for their SMS usage.
    The Notification Exported report does not include the Location column, so can not be used to filter the usage by Location.
    Just to note, the Notification by Location selection on screen does not work at all so I don't have that option.

  14. The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

  15. Visitors/contractors get the visitor pass on their phone. Would one option be having the QR code on the tablet which they scan, fill in data on their phone then that pass stays on their phone.

  16. In Sign in/out questions - Visitor/Contractors "Contact Info" I would like to see a tick box option for Residential Address (this is a Border Force req) and the Address is linked to something like a google address drop down when you start typing

  17. Accessibility Options:

    One example: Audio confirmation of sign in/out

    With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.

    Sometimes employees forget to sign in/out, and then the next time they try to sign in/out eg go out to lunch, they think they might be signed in/out but the status was actually the oppostite. If they aren't paying attention or visually impaired they…

  18. Would be nice to have an additional interface to verify people rapidly during an evac. Like one of the in/out kiosk but with a quick "verify" when you scan a card (We use rfid reader and all our mill employee have their card on them)

  19. Ability to push visitor or contractor (member) photo image into the profile of the visitor or member through the API. Currently, we can do this with employees, we need the same functionality to add the photo through API for visitors and members.

  20. Increase Multi Language depth in OnLocation to go deeper into the solution so all aspects are multi language not just a few sections.

    Spanish would be a great start for many new locations coming on board in South america.
