  1. We have staff who act in roles at different locations who have an "end" date. It would be useful to be able to enter a date when the employee needs to move to a new location or return to their substantive location.

    In the meantime, as a workaround you can setup these employees as Contractors and use temporary location access in the organisation page on their profile.

  2. Pre-invitation emails language

    It would be nice to send pre-invitation emails in a different language without changing the default language setting.

    Make a dropdown menu to choose the language you wish to send the pre-invitation email.

  3. I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.

    I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.

    This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

  4. Add an option to assign contractor tokens from the contractor manager view. i.e. add a button in "run an action" to assign Tokens to more than one contractor without using excel batch.

  5. We use the value field within the Contracts for an organization. This field is not available within the report. This is the only field that is not available. It would be great if this could be added. Our finance team would find this very beneficial.

  6. When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:

    1. A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
    2. The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

  8. Communication radios use a function called Man Down, if a radio gets in an horizontal position, it sends an automated SOS message to a Monitoring Center, indication a possible accident of the person using the radio. That's because, maybe the person is so injured that cannot send the message by its own.

    Could be a way to configure a mobile App function to get an alarm trigger same as this radio function?

  9. You should consider making OnSentry full online. We've been receiving many complaints from the customer, when using two or more CipherLab unis in the same location, due to its offline development; for example, if a contractor sign-in through an Access Point and, in a short time he/she try to sign-out through the other AP, the OnSentry set or placed in that area registers another sign-in for the same contractor, then, the security guy try to update database manually, but, is the Db is too heavy, the unit takes a long time to get Db updated.

    We are currently in the process of making improvements to OnLocation mobile to allow it to perform same tasks as OnSentry. These developments will take effect in the course of next 12 months.

    We will consider how to improve the offline experience in this process. Thanks.

  11. The ability to pre-register contractors, we have the ability for pre-registering visitors, but it doesn't include contractors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement - it will give
    Improved security: We would be able to track who is expected to attend the site, which would help to improve security.
    The ability to confirm all requirements Insurances, Inductions etc are up to date BEFORE they attend site & are denied entry causing reactionary work

  12. Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

    In Europe all companies will be met by a new legislation that will impose the duty to digitally register the total amount of work time for ANY emplyee, month by month.

    This will open a brand new market to us. Not just in DK, but all over Europe actually. I have JUST met with a new potential customer that REALLY want to do business with us, but one tine thing is missing in ONL, to make it comply with this legislation.

    In the law it is stated that ANY employee MUST be able to access the registred data somehow.…

    Hello Martin, thank you for the submission.


    This is a great idea. We do have this in our roadmap however its scheduling is still a work in progress In essence our plan is to support a user being able to see a summary of their own 'time on site' for the last day, week, month, year. We plan on making these insights available via the mobile app (OnLocation Mobile) and via their dashboard if they login via desktop browser.


    Note; OnLocation Mobile is a free mobile app for your employees and we support iOS and Android). I will leave your idea open even though its in the roadmap as other users may wish to contribute to your idea.

  14. Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

  16. When using the OnEvac app, I have found that the People Verified Safe graph is calculating all people in the selected zone, even when the Event is selected for Employees On Site Only.

    As we have shift workers, we will always select Employees On Site Only, so this calculation will always calculate incorrectly. Surely this calculation should not be including people who are not currently on site? That's not logical.

  17. During the Contractor sign-in process, we use triggers to deny access due to the Induction not being completed, expired, or failed.
    Could we please have the same trigger also send the correct induction link to the contractor via email or text?
    I suggest adding the induction link to the ‘Matcher Person’ Placeholder on the Trigger.

    Hello Anaisis, your employees and contractors, if using the free OnLocation Mobile app, are automatically issued with a Token as a QR Code which can be used to express scan into a site. Refer to the Access Summary article below.

    If a visitor is pre-registered their token is emailed to them via the feature called OnPass

  20. Provide each user with a history of their checkin's during a defined time period, eg. the last financial year, so that they can easily track their in office attendance. Helps when calculating 'Work from Home' tax deductions (251 working days, minus 20 days leave, minus 130 days of in office attendance = 101 days working from home).
