Short Term Holiday Rentals
Do we have a time frame yet when Property Tree is going to be more user friendly with holiday management? ie ability to only enter tenants as prospects?
3 votesWe do have holiday booking enhancements in our roadmap for Property Tree however I am unable to provide a time frame for this. Are you currently using the prospect profiles for short term rentals? Flagging Duplicate Invoices without having a limit as to how far back to check
Flag every time a duplicate invoice is entered without it having a limit where it only looks back two months. With large rent rolls Property Managers do not always triple check these and this allows for duplicate payments to be made. Especially when the creditor is not reconciling on a regular basis.

Column headings on all forms should be display on each page
Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

Change of ownership - insurance details transfer to new owner
During a change of ownership, the vendors insurance information transfers to the new ownership and should not. Insurance policies relate to the owners not property.

Communications Centre: 'Completed' folder to display on left hand side
The completed messages in the Communications Centre is accessed through the filter icon at top. It would be great if this was moved to be sitting as 'Completed' on the left hand pane along with "My Inboxes" "Sent" and "Failed'

Sale Statements- More options for info
The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:
1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.
2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…
