  1. It would be helpful to have the portal messages in the same area as the communication platform. Checking and replying to messages in two different areas is confusing and time consuming

    We're pleased to announce that all emails sent to your Portal Contacts will be sent as emails, and those contacts can reply to your emails! No more having to login to the Portals to reply! If you are using the communication platform, then those replies will come into your Property Tree inbox. If you aren't using the Communications Platform, then those replies will go to your external email inbox. You will still be able to send a Portal message, as will your Portal contacts, however the amount of portal messages will decrease as the primary form of communication is now emails.

  2. Send message button leads to a format of number that iphone could not send out sms at all! Pls fix this problem, before updating works ok.

  3. When doing a bulk mail merge, whether email or letter, we want to be able to edit the text before it's sent. Currently it's really time consuming having to alter the template itself prior to the merge and then change the template back again. This is primarily to enter a breach date for arrears

  4. It would be great to have an option to immediately block a staff member when they leave and then revoke access later.

    This way you would have time to transfer their portfolio and assigned tags in inspections rather than having to do all this before you can revoke their access.

    This featured has been released! You can  now disable a users access within the User Management without having to assign their portfolio prior. This will disable any currently active user sessions for that particular  user within that database.

  5. Under Tenancy/Lease and Rent/Next Rent Review, would you please add the type of review for commercial tenants, i.e. Market, CPI, Fixed Increase. This also needs to be available on reports and in mail merge fields

  6. We want to be able to use the auto communications for lease expiry but there is no way to exclude tenants that are not having their lease renewed. Can this be an option so if we have been instructed not to renew the lease, we can suspend the lease expiry communications for that tenant

    We are happy to let you know that this suggestion has been released. When you have the Automated Communications turned on for Lease Expiry: Tenancy and/or Lease Expiry: Owner you will have the option to suspend notices from being sent for individual profiles. This is found in the Tenancy Profile under Lease & Rent > Notices.

  8. The compact owner statement template needs to show the full property address including the suburb. At present it only says the street address and number. This has been questioned by brokers when owners are re-financing.

    We're pleased to announce that this is part of our December release. A property index showing the full property address of active properties for that ownership will  now display at the end of the Compact Ownership Statement.

  9. Have an easy way to remind tenants of invoices that are due (prior to becoming overdue), for example have a statement of outstanding items that can be sent without having the need to enter a new invoice

    We're pleased to advise that you can now produce a Tenancy Statement for all invoices/fees from the Tenancy Profile > Actions Menu. This can also be used for Rent Owing, or Rent Due to a certain date.

  10. Add a section in the lease, rent & budgeted outgoings section to include if the lease has an option on it. Ie, they are in a five year lease but have a 5 year option after the initial lease has finished.

  12. It would be great to have a section in the compliance tab under Water Usage where we can type the location of a water meter. The Water usage tab has all other relevant required information, however feel the location of the meter is missing and would be very handy to have.

  15. There is an unsubscribe option that Owners can click on at the bottom of the Ownership Statements email.

    As most Agencies no longer post Statements, this option is not viable given if the Contact does unsubscribe, they are automatically set to 'Post' for all communications.

  16. Would be great to be able to add 'Tag' option to Fee editor, so that when adding or updating Fee/s you can select and bulk update by the relevant Tag.

    This would be especially helpful when importing a Rent Roll (were fees are not imported as part of the import process) so you can manually update Fees by selecting the new rent roll Tag and selecting to update all Properties that use this Tag.

  17. It would be helpful to be able to have the general inspection notes appear on the inspection summary report - ie, owner is attending with any comments. This means we can print the report to take with us

    We're pleased to advise that you can chose to have your inspection notes appear on the Inspection Summary report - under the Columns option (right hand side of the list), select the Notes option, and this column will now appear as part of the Inspection Summary

  18. When we process water invoices and tenants prepay towards water invoices.
    The invoice emailed to tenant doesn't clearly show it has been paid - no amount showing in "Paid/Credited" column.

    We always get tenants contacting us to say invoice should have been paid via prepayments.

    We’re please to advise that this has now been released! We've updated the Tenancy Invoice to include a paid/credited column per invoice line item and total invoice balance to make it clear what is owing when held funds are allocated at the time of invoice generation.

  19. Ability to filter automated notices by Residential or Commercial tenancies to set specific communications to send to each tenancy type - ie, arrears, lease end
