Add Lease Options to lease information section
Add a section in the lease, rent & budgeted outgoings section to include if the lease has an option on it. Ie, they are in a five year lease but have a 5 year option after the initial lease has finished.

Would be great if you can select an option of FIXED TERM lease and once the fixed term expires it automatically updates to PERIODIC lease so we can separate tenancies in fixed terms vs Periodic
